Never again will I book and stay in this hotel. The receptionist was rude and super NOT helpful. She doesn't even look at you when she communicates and when ask questions she don't explains to you why. So stay away from this place everyone!!!

The property was very clean and amenities were aplenty. Breakfast spread though limited, was very delicious. Wifi was a bit sketchy and I was told that it was due to a foreign SIM card. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay there. Beds are extremely comfy

Cleanliness is bad.. room turnaround was badly done. Floor not sweep/vacuum. Used cutlery not washed. Location was ok only since it is outside free tram zone area. Won’t recommend to stay here unless you need close proximity to crown. Only plus point is you have a supermarket opposite the hotel. Front desk service not well versed with hotel vicinity. Very low customer service skills. Won’t be staying here again.

Property nice and clean. Good view. Just beside crown. Disappointed no parking lot available. Can park at road side till morning 630am. Can park at the crown carpark. Consider cheap.

Both lifts were OUT OF ORDER during check in & there is no way to access my room! Apparently 1 of the 2 lifts was already OFO don't know since when & was not repaired. Waiting for lift & going up to room can be a 20 min affair!!! This is too ridiculous

Will not return to stay

Location is next to highway, its damn noisy. Passenger lift is slow and one was shutdown and not quickly repaired during my 4 days stay. Lone lift hv to serve 39 floors. Waiting time took 30min during peak. Recycling chute also not working. No shower rack within shower area Location is good for gamblers(behind crown) All ladies service staff were friendly and helpful

Very disappointed despite having read from previous reviews that it’s going to be improved. 1) very very weak wifi signal especially up at the 27 th floor where I stayed. Feedback to the front desk and was told that she will get the engineering to look into the matter. Throughout my 5 nights stay the wifi signal repeatedly cuts off within less than a minute. 2) Bad Housekeeping. Carpet floor was not vacuum. And on a Sunday was told from the front desk staff to don’t expecte any cleaning as the housekeeping team only does for check in! Rubbish bins was not empty on the 2nd day of stay. 3) Breakfast- don’t expect a buffet type and it’s better to get it from the nearby Woolworth supermarket. 4) Front desk staff- not so friendly.

Nice reasonably-priced apartment in a great location with all necessary amenities. Staff were helpful. Only issues we had were was that cleaning was not thorough enough & the long wait for lifts especially in the mornings, plus we returned to our apartments on two evenings to find that the keycards did not work & had to go back down to reset it. Other than that, still relatively pleased with our stay.

Very beautiful and comfortable stay for 4 nights. The apartment is fully equipped with an amazing hall with comfortable sofa and great balcony view at 25th floor. The apartment has washer and dryer in the bathroom. All facilities beautiful Could do better with housekeeping.

Modern-designed hotel located at Southbank

Hotel was quite clean, near to bus stop and about 7-10mins walk to tram station. Hotel was clean and interior modern. However, rooms were small and it was difficult to contact reception because the phone in the room couldn’t connect to the reception; had to go down to reception for any reauest or enquiry. Staff were very helpful, though.
