This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort, includes complimentary Golf Cart use and Linens Package.

Outdoor Patio Table, Propane Grill, Beach Chairs & Sand Toys available. This home is stocked with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher & microwave. In-Home washer & Dryer

Inside, there is a smart TV in every room with Cable TV/Spectrum App
Spacious living area with Eat-in Kitchen, plus peninsula w/ stools

3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms
4 beds, sleeping 7 people. Maximum 6 adults.

Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3 - Twin over Dbl bunk beds

Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Bathroom/Kitchen Towels!! Just bring your beach towel

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
