The Cozy Condo was perfect for our stay. The balcony was a wonderful place to begin and end our day, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were quick to respond to our questions. The location is in the heart of the Mesa and convenient. Very relaxing.

Enjoyed our time at this “cozy condo”! Condo was nicely decorated and had all you needed for a great stay! Condo is in a great location near restaurants, park, shopping and coffee. Condo was clean and well organized! Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the sound machine. Loved the patio with fire pit! Host was friendly, attentive , helpful, welcoming and quick to respond! We took the Amtrak so we didn't have need for the parking lot. The unit is a bit small but was fine for 2 women. Brandon supplied really good Keurig coffee and a few unexpected treats. He was johnny on the spot whenever I had a question and answered my concerns promptly. Very comfortable short stay. Yes, there was everything we needed in the kitchen as we did cook in.

The condo was very clean and nicely stocked. We enjoyed staying here. It is in more of an urban location than we expected, as it is in a multi-use complex. We felt safe though and weren’t hindered by too much noise or people. If you are looking for proximity to food/grocery, it is a great place. Beach access is a five minute drive away in either direction. We would stay here again. : )
