The condo was very clean and nicely stocked. We enjoyed staying here. It is in more of an urban location than we expected, as it is in a multi-use complex. We felt safe though and weren’t hindered by too much noise or people. If you are looking for proximity to food/grocery, it is a great place. Beach access is a five minute drive away in either direction. We would stay here again. : )

Very clean and well stocked. Very comfortable mattresses. Easy walk to two grocery stores and a great coffee shop, restaurants. Nearby park walking distance for our grandchild. Great location. A little road noise at night. Parking tight if you have a big vehicle but easy. Definitely recommend.

Conveniently located, comfortable accommodations for all of our adventures in Santa Barbara. We strolled to parks and the beach. Local grocery and convenient stores were a plus. The location allowed for easy access to and from US 101 as well as heading into downtown. Our family of 3 opted for family dinners on the balcony, as the high top dining table accommodates 2. The gas stove top made whipping up hot breakfasts and dinners a breeze. Whether we were relaxing on the couch or reading on the porch, our family was able to unwind and take in the fresh air and sunsets Santa Barbara offers.

Centrally located with a view of the Pacific!

Great spot for a weekend getaway in Santa Barbara. The Mesa neighborhood has plenty within walking distance, including coastal access. Appreciated the extra amenities including snacks, spacious closets, the rooftop patio, earplugs and a sound machine. The hosts are very communicative!

The apartment was clean and in an ideal location— walking distance from restaurants, groceries, parks, the beach— and also a short drive away from main attractions. Balcony with the string lights was really, really nice. Kitchen stocked with snacks was a nice touch. By itself it’s a great property but what made this 10/10 were the owners. They were helpful and prompt in their communication. I ended up having an issue with one of the rooms and they were prompt, kind, responsive, and solved the issue. Thought overall great stay

Perfect sized apartment in great part of town

New apartment. Appreciated high quality stove and cookware. Walking distance to two grocery stores. Also, surrounded by 15 restaurants. Including a non noisy bar right next door. Thanks for leaving some snacks and coffee. Perfect spot to go for walk on beach after work.

Enjoyed our time at this “cozy condo”! Condo was nicely decorated and had all you needed for a great stay! Condo is in a great location near restaurants, park, shopping and coffee. Condo was clean and well organized! Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the sound machine. Loved the patio with fire pit! Host was friendly, attentive , helpful, welcoming and quick to respond! Look forward to visiting again!

A beautifully appointed condo! The location is convenient to shops and restaurants, and there are so many nice touches in the condo that make it super cozy and comfortable. We even arrived to wine and snacks! The upstairs balcony is great and the views of the ocean are minimum but nice. It is on a busy corner and right adjacent to a tap house so be warned if you are a light sleeper. Walk to shoreline park is a bit far and the walk to the beach even farther. Great communication from the hosts!
