Everything was fine except: no table to eat on and minimal counter space to prep food. It's the basement unit in a duplex at end of a block of brand new row houses.

Hello,
Thank you for the review; however, I am surprised you mentioned there was no table to eat when there is a dinning table and 2 chairs in the apartment for eating. Also, its explicitly mentioned on our ads that its a basement suite too.
Thank you
