Experience Bramwell like a local in this charming 2-bedroom house. The bedrooms feature a king bed, two twin bed trundles, and a queen bed, ensuring a terrific night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and tv, you'll feel right at home. There are two full bathrooms. We think our place will help you experience everything Bramwell has to offer. Our property is Pet friendly but please be sure to include that in your reservation. We do require a $100 non refundable pet fee.
Please Note- We highly recommend BACKING into the driveway. We do not have guest closets.
Our property is a short ride to the Hatfield Mccoy trail system and the Outlaw Trails. Plenty of space for your side by sides and ATVs.

This was everything I hoped it would be. Perfect location to allow me to access the Hatfield McCoy trails but then return to a nice home in a quiet area to rest up for another day of trail riding. I would stay here again for sure!!!

This was by far one the nicest places we have stayed. The host was quick to answer any questions that I had. The house had everything that we needed and more. We definitely will keep this place in mind when we stay again in the Bramwell area.

We are thrilled to have this charming home to relax in at the end of a long day while we rehab our grandparents home nearby. The air conditioning hits the spot when needed. Mornings and evenings on the front porch watching the deer in the area is perfection. Conveniently close to several restaurants in Bramwell and area attractions.

Perfect location to trails, restaurants, car wash, etc. House had everything we needed and more. Bed was super comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

House was great! Good communication and fast response! We had a 24ft trailer and that was a bit of a pain to get in and out but it worked and we had a great time! Was able to ride H&M and Spearhead!

spacious rooms, great location to trails, close to town. we never used our vehicle just our SXS. will definitely stay here again and owner was fabulous!

Nice house. Driveway is definitely improved with the work that has been done, but still a bit tight for trucks and trailers. However, it is in the mountains, so hard to find flat ground . I would recommend the house.

Historic type home in historic Bramwell Wv . Close to trailheads and downtown Bramwell eating options. Especially the old soda fountain diner . Atv and trailer parking , new fridge , dishwasher and washer and dryer were nice amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Cozy recliners in the den .

Pros: The house was very well decorated and clean. It has modern appliances. The beds were comfortable. There's a nice grill on the front porch. The internet works well and the TV works well. The two bathrooms are nice. Great communication with the owner. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Bramwell and the trails. It is one of the nicer homes I've rented in WV to ride the Hatfield/McCoy trails. Cons: When we arrived, the house was over 80 degrees and had the smell of old cigarettes. It would've been nice for the A/C to have been turned on, and the house ventilated better. It is a no smoking property, so I'm guessing that residents in past years smoked in the house which makes it hard to get rid of the smell. The driveway is tough. I had a 12' trailer and it was hard to navigate because of the steepness. I wouldn't have been able to back up the driveway without the use of four wheel drive.

Hi Doug, we’re glad you enjoyed your stay with us. I’d like to apologize for the cons you have listed. There has never been smoking in the house and I do wish you’ve would’ve shared these concerns upon arrival as I would’ve had our cleaning crew come out to address it. In our welcome message we send out leading up to check in we do express that we are happy to have ACs on and to a certain temp upon request as I know everyone likes it differently. In our experience the AC does cool down quickly though. Also in that message you will see very detailed instructions about parking in the driveway, including what we have found to be easiest. We also state that we do suggest a 4wd vehicle as it is in the mountains. Again, I’m very sorry for the cons you experienced, but so glad ultimately it was a good stay.

I’m so sorry you felt this way about the parking. We know parking in the mountains can be tricky, that is why it was important to us to let folks know we recommend backing into the driveway before checking in, As well as include clear pictures of the driveway in our listing. When you pulled into the driveway initially I can see how it made it hard for you to navigate. I’m so glad it went smoother once you were able to back into the driveway .. also so glad the overall house was good for your group! I’m sorry the parking missed the mark for you.. Great place, within the community, close to nature and the beautiful town of Bramwell.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a short stay but long enough for us to experience Bramwell’s main street and surrounding areas. Beautiful area. The house has tons of character. The steps were a bit steep and my mother, who has had one knee replacement/in need of another, had some difficulty getting up one big step by the driveway. Otherwise, very nice space, quiet and relaxing.

Conveniently located near the Pocahontas trail system entrances. Driveway held a backed-in trailer nicely plus a second truck. Area was reasonably quiet. Resident deer would visit each house in neighborhood. TV worked well. Downstairs shower was more convenient to use.

Property was great only two issues we had.1St one is if you have a long trailer and truck it is very tough to get into. Our truck was crew cab dually long bed with a 26 foot trailer. Just a heads up. if you have pickup with single car trailer would not be an issue unless it sits low. Driveway is a little steep ours plowed into gravel and broke one of the lights mounted to rear or trailer. 2nd issue is the shower upstairs is very awkward to use if you are over 4 foot tall.

Perfect Little House

We had a greet time at this cute little house in Bramwell. The host was always prompt to answer any questions and give recommendations for the trails. The house had everything we needed to cook meals after riding all day. The washer and dryer was an unexpected, but awesome bonus! We were able to clean our clothes each evening after riding. Don’t let the widow units fool you! They kept the house plenty cool!! The home was very clean. The front porch was so relaxing! Don’t hesitate to book this house!If you stay here, be sure to check out The Corner Diner in downtown!! Definitely the BEST milkshake we have ever had! This is coming from a milkshake snob!!

Bramwell House

A beautiful brick house( 2 story with a basement) on a small hill as you drive up and see the American flag flying from the front porch looks just like home, very welcoming. The house was perfect for our stay( blended family and kids getting bigger) everyone had plenty of space, comfy couches/ recliners. All the linens and comfy blankets we needed were there. Everything we needed in the kitchen ( ice maker lol!!!) , washer and dryer, games to play, info on the area and things to do was available, cute decor. I got some of the best sleep in that bed it was so comfy to me! We enjoyed the big yard ( cooked out one night) and safe road way for walks with the kids. We saw plenty of deer! Close to family which made our stay that much greater after driving from NC to Baltimore to Bramwell, the close proximity was a relief! The host were very responsive with great communication. I could go on.... I am sure we will be back on our next trip to town!

Staying at this historical house in the hills of the Appalachian Mountains was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were taken back in time the home’s architecture, antique touches, and beautifully preserved details made it feel like we were living inside a story.The house itself was spacious, full of charm, and perfectly blended old world character with modern comfort. We loved exploring the unique features of the home, from the creaky staircases to the cozy fireplace, and every room seemed to have its own personality and history to share.The best part, though, was the view. Waking up to the rolling Appalachian Mountains spread out before us was breathtaking. Whether we were sipping coffee on the porch at sunrise or watching the sun dip behind the hills in the evening, the scenery was absolutely magical.This isn’t just a place to stay it’s an experience. Perfect for anyone who loves history, mountain views, and a sense of peace you can only find in the Appalachians. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others! The house was spotless when we arrived, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for our group. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after a day of exploring.The property is peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. One of our favorite unexpected discoveries was the very old overgrown cemetery next to the property. We spent some time exploring it and found it fascinating to walk through a piece of local history.The hosts have created a welcoming space that truly feels like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future!
