VivePR_Luxury Villa Tropicana– House Rules & Booking Agreement

We are delighted to host you at Villa Tropicana! To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all guests, please follow these house rules:

General Rules:

-Small gatherings are allowed as long as they are low-key and respectful. Noise must be kept to a minimum, and all activities must end by 11:00 PM.
-No excessive noise – respect our neighbors. A $500 fee will apply if we receive complaints about disturbances or unauthorized parties.
- No smoking inside the property. A $1,000 fee will apply for deep cleaning if any odor is detected upon checkout.
- No unauthorized guests or pets. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee and immediate removal.
-Do not flush paper or non-flushable items down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.

Essentials & Cleanliness:

- We provide white towels, beach towels, linens, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste. Personal care items should be brought as needed.
- Beach Towels: Please do not use white towels for the beach. You may wash beach towels as needed.
- Extra Towels & Linens: Each bed, including bunk beds and sofa beds, comes with a full set of linens and an extra set of sheets and blankets if needed.
- Laundry Access: Guests have full access to the laundry room and may wash towels, linens, or blankets as needed.
- Sand Cleaning: Kindly rinse off at the laundry room water spout before entering to prevent sand buildup inside.
- Cleaning: Please leave the property as you found it. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Trash Disposal: Place all trash in the designated outdoor bins before checkout.

Damage & Liability Policy:

- Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- If damage renders the property uninhabitable, guests must cover repair costs and any lost booking revenue.
- Villa Mansion is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents inside or outside the property. Guests are responsible for their own safety.

Booking Agreement:

By confirming your reservation, you agree to all house rules, policies, and fees stated above. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
