We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo, right across from the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated in a lovely beach theme with a very calming and serene color scheme. If you're looking for comfort in a stylish and well stocked and appointed condo, this is the place for you.

Wonderful Property!!

Everything you need for a comfortable, clean and updated property!! Across the street from the ocean too!! We would definitely stay there again without reservation. Also near many eating establishments and a short drive to the casinos. Great overall stay!!

Neighbors downstairs complained that we were too loud when we were walking that we were heavy footed and then someone came down to visit for the day and I am now told that I am charged 500 for breaking the rules and it was nowhere in the rules, the owner had the gall to charge it to my credit card without even asking me he said he would take it out of my deposit, but he didn’t do that so I was very displeased by the whole thing and the game they played I don’t know if the 500 is legitimate or not.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few factual points for future guests. Our listing, House Rules, and pre-arrival welcome message clearly state that this property has a maximum occupancy of three (3) registered guests, outside visitors are not permitted, and the unit is limited to one assigned parking space. These rules are established and enforced by our Condominium Association—not by us—and all guests agree to them prior to check-in. During your stay, the HOA documented violations of these rules and assessed a $500 fine against the unit. Per the rental agreement and House Rules, guests are responsible for any HOA fines resulting from rule violations. This was not a discretionary charge. We understand that condominium communities operate differently than hotels and that these restrictions may not be suitable for every traveler. However, they are clearly disclosed before booking so guests can determine whether the property is a good fit. We are proud to have hosted many guests who carefully review the listing and House Rules before arrival, and they consistently leave outstanding reviews because they know what to expect. We remain committed to providing a clean, accurately represented property and responsive communication to every guest.

We felt like the “steps from the beach” was a REAL stretch. My fault - I didn’t do my due diligence. This place is the reason I will absolutely ask way more questions in the future. I feel like VRBO allows owners to “stretch” the truth and make things look way better than they are to rent the place. They had a “kitchen”, yes. But not a “full kitchen.” “Steps from the beach,” yes, but, actually across the street and down a ways. The refrigerator was what I use in my office - not one for a 5 day vacation. Again, on me. I have learned. Just don’t like the “deception.” Owners were very reponsive and dealt with the a/c issue promptly and fairly. I did get the feeling that the majority of people in the complex own - as opposed to us being “renters.” Odd experience. I’m learning.

Great place easy walking distance to the beach. It was cute, clean, and comfortable. Obviously the pictures show the kitchen and appliances but keep in mind there is a mini fridge and a ‘wine’ fridge that we used mostly for beverages like soda, water, and beer. There is extremely limited freezer space in the mini fridge. Also there is no oven, just a toaster oven. We made it work and it wasn’t a big deal for our 3-night stay, but if you’re coming for longer and planning to cook at home you may need to be selective in what you buy that’s perishable. The condo was well-stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, so no need to bring those. We used the beach chairs and they were nice. Check out is at 10am (which to me already seems a bit early) and the cleaning lady just walked in at 9:15am. No knock or anything. We were thankfully decent and about ready to head out. We enjoyed the host-recommended restaurants including the Pirates Den and Cordivari’s. Thanks for a great stay, we would return!

Brigantine 2025

Brigantine was a summer tradition for me growing up. After moving to Texas in 2018, I haven’t been back to visit the shore and I’ve missed it so much! This little gem was absolutely terrific! I love that it’s right across from the beach. The owner has definitely thought of everything, making it so easy for me to just enjoy my stay and soak in the ocean breeze. Thank you for a lovely trip down memory lane.

Lovely little condo with all the necessities and more. Streaming TV in living room and bedroom, Keurig pods, shampoo, body wash, lots of fluffy white towels, beach chairs...and a nice little porch with chairs to sit and read in each morning. Short walk to the beach, and friendly neighbors.
