This is a no vaping, smoking, marijuana in the apartment or building and parking lot. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please no loud music or parties in the apartment. Prior to making a reservation If you will not be occupying the property you must disclose in who will be the occupants and their contact information. A $500 refundable security dep is required before occupancy. Will be refunded within 72 hours of vacating the property.
