Great resort

Great family resort with a lot of pools and space to run around. Lazy river was under construction but there were four other pools to play around in. Hector was a great host. Very communicative, available and responsive.

Spacious , plenty of room for 4 adults but chair was broken ( metal piece poking up from bottom) and couch was not comfortable in main living area. Everything was ok but overall cleanliness could be improved. Amenities were nice with beach chairs and towels provided. Good restaurants in area. Enjoyed our stay

Puerto Rico stay at Lioza

Great and spacious condo! 5 pools and small private beach. Condo was clean and well kept, however could use deep cleaning in the corners, etc. owner was very good at communicating! Enjoyed our stay, there were six of us. Would definitely stay again. Resort is gated so felt safe all the time.

Authentic and Beautiful Stay

This property in Loiza is beautiful and did not disappoint. Centrally located, it's about a 30-minute drive to several major attractions. The area feels like an authentic experience, and from the balcony, you can hear music from the local bar (we had a great time salsa dancing in the moonlight) and wild roosters clucking in the distance. There are local shops and food stands on the main road, but you'll definitely need a rental car to reach larger, more commercial stores and restaurants. The pools, each under 4 feet deep, are not super busy (no lifeguards on duty). The beach area is small but picturesque. The property was clean, well-maintained, had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay (e.g. dishes, towels, washer/ dryer, cooler that can be brought to the beach). Hector is an attentive and friendly host. If we travel to Puerto Rico again, we will absolutely stay at this property.

Family of 6 vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting Puerto Rico! Overall Aquatika resorts was a great place for a family to stay. We enjoyed the multiple pools, hot tubs and access to the beach. The only downfall was the surrounding neighborhood; parties that would last until 3am, blasting loud music, lighting off fireworks and roosters that will constantly make noise. The resort it self though was very clean, felt safe and provided fun for the whole family.

Great family vacation spot

The space is perfect for family. It’s affordable. It’s a good location. Pools, beach and food are all nearby. We were able to get a taxi to drive us to tourist destinations. I love it, the kids loved it. My son didn’t want to leave.

Perfect place for us

Hector was very communicative and took care of our needs quickly. Lovely roof deck. We had seven people (5 teens) 1 queen for grandparents. 1 queen for granddaughter. 1 Bunkbed for two grandsons. Moved the trundle/mattress to living room. 1 futon in the upstairs loft. Nice big table. Guards attentive. Nice to have W/D. I asked the teens for their opinion: 1) Lukewarm hot water, 2) pools are all 3 feet. We loved the beach and did not bother going elsewhere. As others have said, it feels fairly isolated from restaurants and groceries if you can't hang with the locals. Location was good for our various travels east and west. Highly recommended.

Great spot to vacation in

Family and I had a great experience in this location. Initially the listing said it was in San Juan and we were going to Uber around. But once we booked we found the listing was incorrect and you needed a car. Hector reached out and asked if I wanted to cancel I could due to the miss information which was nice of him. Other than that, make sure to purchase food for the stay as it far from grocery stores. My kids had an awesome time in the pools and private beach. Hector was contacting me from start to finish to ensure everything went well. Thank you Hector and we can’t wait to stay again.

Tons of space, great property

We had a great five-night stay in this condo with a 12-year-old, 15-year-old, and two adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and then some. The full kitchen allowed us to cook several of our own meals (which was good, since we could get groceries but many restaurants seems to be closed during the week - this could be because of Holy Week or it might be that the big crowds only come on weekends). The pools were wonderful and there we several so the kids could visit multiple ones. The beach was a five-minute walk and was not crowded at all. Hector was always just a text away for any questions that came up, and he was very welcoming.

Birthday trip to Puerto Rico

This properties comes highly recommended! Hector was very attentive. He answered all questions in a timely fashion. Everything was available for use, ie; beach towels, chairs, floats, linens, books. The view from the rooftop was beautiful! The little downside is you have to drive 15-20 minutes if you don't want to cook, unless it's the weekend and then the street kiosks are available. I will definitely rent this spot again!!

Feb 2024 Vacation

Hector was a gracious host. The place was perfect for our group of 8. The 3 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The folding chairs, floaties and beach towels were great extras for when we visited the private beach on the property. It's a 20/30 minute drive to the more touristy areas, but centrally located and great if you're just looking to relax in the pools on the grounds or relax on the rooftop patio.

Excellent Accomodation in Loíza

The unit has plenty of space for gathering and sleeving. The roof top patio is great for ennoying the sunshine and the pools on the property provide a great place to cool off, in addition to the nearbh clear and calm beaches. One note is that this listing is NOT in San Juan, it is 40-50 minites away in Loíza.

Vacation with family who live there in Puerto Rico.

Location was safe, roomy, very clean, and very beautiful. It's located in a semi-remote area, so a rental car is a must.

Up on the Rooftop

This condo had enough room for 4 adults and a teen. My niece was thrilled to have the upstairs loft to herself, including her own bathroom and TV! The resort property is beautiful and not one pool was overcrowed. The entire group enjoyed the rooftop, enjoying the slight breeze, and the beautiful skies. The unit could do with newer bath towels and washcloths. The kitchen lacked dish towels to dry dishes, due to no dishwasher; we hand washed dishes. There are no teflon coated or any other non stick frying pans/pots, which made it difficult to fry eggs, bacon, or pancakes. No cookie sheet or baking sheet for the oven. The ice cube maker didn't work well and we were often without ice! The host, Hector was easy to communicate with. The location is NE on the island and within a 15-20 minute ride from San Juan airport. Would recommend this condo, especially a large group for privacy/me time.

This property was wonderful. We were a family of 7 people and had plenty of space.

Property has several pools and lovely beach. The apartment was fully equipped. We were close to grocery store, restaurants, and other facilities. The host was great, providing lots of information as requested. It’s been a really positive experience which was enjoyed by all family members.

First family trip to PR

This was our first time in PR and brought all 3 of our kids (7-18) First just fyi this area has little to no restaurants that are within a 2-5 minute drive. Most if not all are 15-30 minute drive which we thought was completely a non issue and found any and all variations of food within 30 minutes including bars etc. We loved being able to see ALL aspects of PR from the super high end 5 star areas to the more residential areas and loved seeing all aspects of the culture. We went over 3 kings weekend and were able to experience the Holiday from a more rural perspective rather than the commercial tourist region. At no point did we ever feel unsafe and the experience from horses all over in the roads to the parades that went nightly. We lost power one time for about 5 minutes and was also a non issue. The resort is great for kids with plenty to do from 5 pools, as close to a private beach as you can get, mini golf, volleyball, etc. Mr. Hector was great and answered any and all questions promptly as well as made sure we knew how to get around, in and out of the resort, etc. There is an incredible 5 star golf course (Bahia) 4 minutes from the resort that is one of the best places I have ever played. We did the El Yunque rainforest tour, Old San Juan tour, golfed, Casa Bacardi, and drove several places in PR. Again at absolutely no time did we ever feel unsafe and we are from a small town in WI. This is a perfect place to relax and have a base camp to explore PR! Thank you Hector

This property are very well prepared to let people feel like if they are at home or better than that. The kitchen is in top conditions and was remodeled with a new and better counter-top and back-splash. it is well equipped and all dishes, pots and pans, glasses, etc are very well organized.
Each bedroom are very well decorated. Also, has its new air conditioning with very well illumination and its side table and lamp.
The bathrooms are very well prepared with a rug, hair blower, hand soap and a regular soap, etc.
