Summary:

This massive luxury home is just south of Salt Lake City and features 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private outdoor space with a large deck and a hot tub. It comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy access to both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. Perfect for families or groups seeking a blend of luxury comfort and easy convenience.



The Space:

This massive home has it all: spacious, stylish, modern, quiet, and very reasonably priced! We've added all of the amenities that guests are looking for; from the hot tub to the 3 entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you're here. The home was redesigned and furnished from the ground up to be a vacation home, so it isn't cluttered with any personal belongings of the owners and it had everything you need.



The home has a very modern open floorplan, which means that you and your group can be in adjoining rooms, yet still feel that you're spending time together since the rooms flow together well. There are three large TV rooms with smart TVs that come ready for you to log into all of your favorite streaming services. The dining area seats 16 people and there are several card tables to expand the dining seating even more. The kitchen is newly-updated and has everything you'll need to cook large meals for your family. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area but it's close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.



There is a 2-car garage, along with plenty of space for 4 more cars in the driveway. Local laws require that you park in the garage & driveway, so please use those spaces. The private back yard is fully-fenced and has a deck and a large hot tub. Dogs are welcome but require a small fee. No cats allowed.

IMPORTANT: In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 18 people in it at any given time. That includes children and guests coming over to visit you. One of the neighbors is a county code compliance officer and he will definitely hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 18 people on the property. You will be leaving immediately and you will get no refunds. If he takes away our permit, you'll be responsible for the damages to our business.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with nearly everything they need: linens, towels, soaps, detergent, laundry machine, hair dryer, iron, etc. Please note that you must coordinate with us if you want to arrive before 5 PM since other guests might be checking out on that same morning that you arrive. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we can work with you if you request an early check-in; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want and we don't guarantee early check-ins. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, and blow-up beds prior to arrival.

There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops.



Other Things to Note:

Although recently fully-renovated, this is a very old house. It is updated and in excellent shape, but it is an old house none the less. Do not expect a condo built in 2022.



WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by this site. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.



Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)



We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge but we don't usually keep those at the house, so please request that ahead of time. Additional items that are requested ahead of time are almost always guaranteed, but any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.



This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owner's personal items since nobody lives here. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee that covers the cleaning that occurs after you check out.

Interaction with Guests:

We coordinate with all guests ahead of time to make sure their check-in is easy and stress-free. In some instances, we can meet guests at the house and give them a tour of the home and tell them about the restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Early check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival to guarantee an exact check-in time.

Great house, great host

We had a large group come into town and this house worked perfectly for our group. Plenty of room for everyone, without people feeling like they were on top of eachother. Communication was the best I have experienced... Daniel always responded to my texts in a matter of moments and was a big help with our stay. Would use again.
