Mtn. Home-Sauna, Pool Table, Mins to Ski/Hike/Bike

Just inside the famous Little Cottonwood Canyon, our large and spacious home is only 10 to 15 mins from Snowbird & Alta, & 1 min from hiking, mountain biking & fishing. Pool table, sauna & jetted tub in the master bath, conversation pit w/ indoor fireplace, outdoor gas fire pit, & plenty of space for you to spend time together or spread out.

Covid-19 policy- We have implemented extra thorough & very strict cleaning & sanitizing policies. This includes linens, knobs switches, surfaces, etc.

With three levels, and huge skylights throughout, this space is very unique and gives a bright and open feel. The master bedroom holds one king bed, and has it`s own sauna, jetted tub and smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a memory foam queen and a futon. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both lofts. One is an area where kids can have their own space to watch smart TV and lounge in beanbag chairs, and there are two memory foam queens in this loft. The 4th bedroom and 2nd loft, allows for a large group to sleep comfortably with an additional 1 memory foam queen, 1 memory foam full, and 4 singles.

I give my guests privacy but am always available if they need anything or have any questions.

The mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon is a ski/outdoorsy town of it`s own. It`s a local`s favorite area because of the easy access to all of their beloved activities and because of it`s jaw dropping beauty when looking up canyon. There are multiple popular trailheads only minutes from the place including Temple Quarry, which offers fun hiking, mountain biking and fishing, as well as Bell`s Canyon which offers a beautiful waterfall a couple miles up the trail.

We are walkable to the ski bus stop which picks up and drops off .4 miles away. Also, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful across the valley making them a convenient choice.
No cats and must let us know if pets will be there with you.

No parties or events.

I want to start off by saying the hosts were amazing and very responsive. We had an issue with the carpet and they had someone put in an hour. The house is amazing and spacious located in the mountains to enhance the experience with so many attractions located nearby. Although the house was amazing in many ways, there is so much room for improvements. A lot of the lights did not work, some outlets didn’t work, the dish washer and dryer(very slow drying) were not operational. The house could also use some renovations as the carpet was dirty, blinds broken, squeaky floors, small bathtub was clogged causing water to fill the tub, and outdated decor.

Amazing

The house was perfect. My friends and I had an amazing time. Close to the mountian for skiing, hiking trails a couple minutes away, and close to town for amenities. Would stay here again.

Beautiful location to stay

Plenty of room for large groups of people and kids to play. Very quiet and gated community. Two car garage, had no issues with anything!

My kids and I had the best vacation at this property. The design of the home is very unique and the master bath is newly upgraded. We made many great memories. Beautiful windows and great open floor plan. Great master bathroom. On the downside, It's close to neighbors with a narrow, no parking street and no street parking nearby. It was clean but needs TLC. Management gave timely responses via text but no one came over to bring towels or light pilot light. Directions to access the web consisted essentially of "go find the router." With some attention, it could be great.

The property just needs updated. The furniture is stained, dirty and worn out. The carpet is stained through out. I didn’t feel it was dirty but it just felt a little gross. The beds and linens need updated. The air condition is not sufficient for the property, the master was extremely hot.

Perfect location for access to Little Cottonwood, easily accommodates groups

This was our second stay so you know that’s a good thing! We stayed twice this winter/spring for access to Snowbird for a ski team. It’s a quick 10 minute ride up the hill to the resort and the Smith’s grocery store is also just a short drive away. The house is well laid out for groups and has everything you might need. A highlight was the pool table and the tournaments that went down! Our athletes also enjoyed the sauna for relaxing and relief after long days on the ski hill. The manager is very responsive and accommodating - from helping us rebook, to a late check out, and a fast response and resolution to a random issue when the county turned the water off. We plan to book again next season and have been thrilled with everything about this home.

Great location; Internet unstable

We enjoyed this space for its lovely views, cozy gathering spaces, and comfortable beds. The photo on the listing, which appears to have no neighbors between it and the canyon, is NOT the actual unit which has neighbors on both sides; however, the view out of each bedroom window is amazing. We enjoyed hiking on local trails as the snow allowed. Our biggest issue was that the Internet only worked intermittently and cut out in the middle of viewing both evenings. Something to be aware of if you need to be in touch with work at this location. (The owner's router worked fine - the issue seemed to be with the provider limiting bandwidth during certain hours in my experience.)

Great Location....but

The location was perfect….that’s why we booked it. The pictures are better than the reality. The place needs a little TLC. Shelves missing in the fridge, the oven was really dirty and the oven racks kept falling down, sofas are very worn in, some stains on the carpets, windowing covering in the pool/ game room are broken. It also doesn’t look like the windows have ever been cleaned and although the place was pretty clean it’s been a long time since a deep clean happened from the looks of it. A few necessary items are missing from the kitchen or at least need updating….cutting boards are small and old. Some of the pans are not safe to use as the teflon is scratched and there is no kettle. The house sleeps 11 I think but there are not enough glasses or bowls for that many people and there is only 1 serving bowl. If you plan on cooking for big crew it will be tough. I got the pilot to light on the gas fire place but could not get the flame to fire up and from the sounds of it (from old reviews) it hasn’t been working for a while…..yet it’s still advertised as an amenity. Wifi was very spotty and only worked the 1st night and the morning of checkout. Personally my family and I are VERY sensitive to laundry detergent scents and all of the bedding and towels smelled toxic to us. I think when doing laundry for commercial use it would be best to use unscented detergent and fabric softeners. However the property mangers were great at communicating

Family getaway

My boys and I wanted to come to Utah and explore the parks. This was a great place to come back to every evening. We could hang together or have our own space. Drew was super responsive to all my questions. Would stay here again.

The worst VRBO we have ever stayed in

We came from out of state and were excited to stay in this beautiful location while celebrating my son's graduation from college. From the minute we walked in the door we were extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted. There were large stains on the carpet in almost every room and on the furniture. Two of the three toilets didn't flush well. The pool table was ripped and stained and missing supplies. The fridge, many of the cabinets and doors and almost all the towel racks were either broken or not present. We called to complain and they offered to clean the carpets the day of our graduation gathering, which we decided against since we didn't want our family to walk around on wet carpets. They sent a plumber who didn't fix the problem and we were forced to deal with filled toilets. We were generally grossed out by what is a very broken down old condo that needs work in every room. I asked for a partial refund for false advertising of "4 star rental" and they instead gave me back my expected refundable deposit. We travel all over the country and generally have great experiences with vrbo rentals but this was by far the worst house we have rented. Would not recommend.

It’s a repeat

The picture makes it look like the house is isolated a bit more - not in a neighborhood. There were several items that could use attention which we feel the owner will address . The great things were the Jennair stove , warm bedding, lots of beds , having games , pool table, the nice open area, easy access .

Work+Friends Ski Trip

Great Location and a fun and perfect space for the group of 7 we gathered. It could have handled more! Internet was broken but an easy fix, and cell service was fine in the location to keep us all connected. Drew was great to work with. We'll try to book again next year.

Great house!

My sisters and I had a wonderful girls getaway at this place. It is big, spacious and didn't feel like a townhouse at all. We never saw or heard any neighbors. I will definitely consider this property again.
