e Our stay was wonderful; the house was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. Lucas was a fantastic host who was helpful and quick to respond whenever we reached out. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, as it seemed he didn't receive my initial message, but he resolved it promptly. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

Roomy and lovely yard for playing in. My son and I were visiting the area and it was a great home base for the week with all the essentials we needed

Very nice just wish we had more time to stay. We would love to stay here again if we make it back to that area.

An easy place to stay in the Butler area. Clean and comfortable for the most part, but the heat never got the place above 68, which felt chilly and it wasn’t very cold while we were there. Space heater in kitchen and bathroom did help once discovered. Route 422 runs directly past the back of the house so there is more road noise where bedrooms are located. Back porch improvements are underway but it is currently unusable. Still, it was a pleasant and practical stay.

Very clean and comfortable home. My brother and I (58 and 65, respectively) brought our 91-year-old, blind father to Butler to visit with his remaining two siblings and other family members. It was the perfect place for him as it was just one step up to the front door, everything is on one level, the living/entertaining area was spacious and open. The bedroom with the two beds was perfect for Dad and my brother to share so that my brother could help Dad to the bathroom at night. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. All of our guest for our mini-reunion (at one point about 20 of us altogether) raved about the location and ambiance, and many asked me to pass along the link to the property so they could recommend it to other out-of-town family and friends. We would definitely stay here again! Host was always quick to get back to us with any questions.

We loved this property! The only downside was it took awhile for it to cool down inside with the AC but it was really hot the weekend we stayed. But you could tell they were working on the house still but it was close by to everything
