We kindly ask that you check-out before 11:00am. This gives us time to clean before the next guest arrives.
AVOID DAMAGE Please treat all our belongings appropriately, we will charge for damage caused by you. PARKING ( Studio and House) Available for one car driveway.
REPORT DAMAGES Please report damages immediately. PET RULES No pets on furniture Pick up waste No pets in the bathtub No pee inside the house You will be charged for damages left by your pet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No extra guests. You will be charge $50.00 extra per guest if is not registered on the reservation. DAMAGE ITEMS Extra charge per damage item.

*Cozy townhome*

Townhome is located near Kaiser Hospital. The "community" is located within small-road neighborhood but the quick surrounding area does not feel safe as there are MANY people roaming at night(very sketchy). The host texted the code for the "gated" community, but that gate does not lock throughout the day or night. Anyone can come and go as they please, so it was pointless. The community itself is poorly kept. I saw kids and even older adults littering the community. At night there were many get-togethers/parties going on outside. Walls are thin so it was very loud. There were gunshots heard some nights.The home itself: the back sliding door does not lock &is sealed "locked" with a wooden stick. Does it work, sure. But that's not very professional in my opinion. The lower level was cooler than the 2nd floor (our stay was during June). 2nd floor takes a while to cool down. The rooms don't have curtains so all 3 rooms were very hot during the day. The rooms could use more pillows. The master closet could use a light in there. The post is misleading saying the 2 bathrooms offered bathtubs when there is only one full bathroom and a half bathroom. The dishes in the cabinets were not thoroughly cleaned (smeared with grease on some dishes and crud on others). There could be more seasonings offered in the cabinet. The couch was not cleaned (looked in the cracks and under the seating to find candy wrappers and water bottles that didn't belong to us). I really wanted to like the place.
