Everything you’d expect from a great VRBO. Easy check in/out, communication regarding stay prior to arriving, lovely clean house with everything you need. And I loved this location. Close to downtown and stores, but you get to the house before you have to go through any traffic. So you only deal with downtown when you want. Would stay here again

The views from the pool & villa are magnificent! So beautiful to come back to after a hike or visit into town, we loved the seclusion & quiet! The place was wonderful & had all we needed & more, we especially loved the stoic daily deck, a really nice touch!

Such a peaceful stay! The villa had everything we needed and was so quiet and calming. The views were amazing and Jackie the host was wonderful! We were treated to several mornings of hot air balloon views!

Stunning views & peaceful location

My husband and I enjoyed our time here and would return in a heartbeat. The views are breathtaking, the house is well equipped with everything we needed, communication with the property manager was prompt, it was very clean and great location - quick to get to restaurants, shopping and attractions in town. We plan to return with our children and extended family in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay for our 15th wedding anniversary.

Sedona's Brst Villa was truly a beautiful property. It did not disappoint at all. The first we thing we noticed upon arrival were the beautiful views from the living area. We had rainy weather our entire stay so the Villa added a lot of "Sunshine" to our trip. The Villa is probably best suited for 2 couples or a small family. We were a couple and only used the main bedroom to sleep. It was very comfortable. The bathrooms were perfect and the kitchen was amazing with all of the necessities. The living area had a fireplace which we used nightly due to the cooler weather. The outdoor area was beautiful as well but not used on our trip. We would definitely consider coming back to the Villa on another stay in Sedona. Having a beautiful place to relax after long days was great. The location is perfect and away from the main area of town but close enough that you can get to all areas of Sedona in a short time. The best part of the trip besides the actual Villa was the communication we had with Jackie (The property host). She was readily available and always checking in on us to make sure our trip was going just as planned. I was very happy to know that she was making sure we were 100% satisfied with our trip. I would highly recommend The Villa. It was outstanding!! Thank You Jackie!!

Thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful review. I’m delighted to hear the villa provided a comfortable and welcoming retreat, especially with the rainy weather. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the views, the amenities, and the cozy touches like the fireplace. I truly appreciate your kind words about the communication as well. We’d be honored to welcome you back on your next visit to Sedona!

It has a one of a kind view, and both a sunrise and sunset should be enjoyed from the deck, hot tub or pool during your stay. Our sunrise was punctuated with Hot Air Balloons!
