Great location to uptown. Amenities were just as listed. Bed was very comfortable! We were able to walk to uptown, streets were safe to walk at night, even though there are no street lights on the side streets. Hiking trails close by. Spent 6 days in Sedona seeing the sites. Only little things we would have liked is more lighting in the bathroom and bedroom, otherwise everything was great!

This place was perfect for our little get away from the city. It was cozy, comfortable and perfect for us! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also we wish we had more time to spend on the outdoor patio as it is an awesome space!

Place was nice and very consistent with the listing. Locating the unit was a little tricky because some units had numbers visible from outside, but ours was not. One main door did open to multiple other units including ours. Location is on a main side street close to downtown, very convenient. Unit does not have a formal kitchen but has a small fridge, microwave and keurig coffe maker, more than enough to get going in the morning.

The property was nicely located and was as described in the overview. In general, we found the unit to be very comfortable and exactlywhat we were looking for. The lighting in all areas of the unit (except the bathroom) was very low making it difficult to read anything at night. The AC unit in the main room tripped a breaker and would not work but, the property manager was very responsive and the problem was corrected. It happened again the next day and appeared to have been fixed but it again tripped the breaker. Although this issue resulted mostly in an inconvenience, this issue should be addressed to ensure it does not continue to happen.
