The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The microwave quit working and it they replaced it immediately. We appreciated use of the beach chairs, towels, cooler and snorkeling equipment. Rent a car if you want to see all this beautiful island has to offer.

Great Condo, Great View!

This is a very quiet, peaceful location with a great view. The condo is convenient to parking and had everything I needed for my stay.

The condo was big and very comfortable, and the view breathtaking. It’s our second time to the island and are already planning another would definitely stay at the condo again!

Can’t beat this location!

Views were phenomenal! Overall clean unit. We felt very safe.The bed was a bit too firm for our liking but we adjusted to it.Would recommend this unit and we will be back!

Fabulous View

You will not find a better view on the Island!! The unit was clean,comfortable and we had everything we needed right there! The pool also has a fabulous view. We had plenty of parking and a great welcome basket waiting for us. You can sit on the balcony and listen to the waves all day.

The Pool was not working. The owner knew this and never told me. There was construction materials were left right outside my front door and in the back porch. They were working the entire day from 830-430. Was terrible. The owner knew this and never told me until we arrived. No pool, but it was advertised. That is fraud. I was very angry and had the leave our until everyday. Terrible

St C Coastal Casual

Excellent! Unit was as captured in photos on VRBO, and met all of my expectations. It was great having direct access from parking lot into apartment without having to use stairs, that was a big plus! Kevin was very helpful & quickly answered my questions. I plan on returning next year for an extended stay of 10-12 nights. Only thing missing was a blender to use for my protein shakes & libations :) . Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo!Pamela D.

The unit itself was very clean and true to images. However, there was undisclosed construction on the building. Waking up to jackhammering first thing in the morning, construction dust and debris, and loud noises made it impossible to enjoy the stay. We both work from home and had to leave for any calls or meetings due to the disruption. (Daily)Our parking was also compromised during this stay so we had to park infront of another unit building. Our windows were boarded/covered up for paint. All in all, we had to cut our stay at this property short.The most frustrating experience about this has been dealing with the property owner. We are owed a refund, but the property manager has said it’s up to the owner to provide any rate refunds. Even VRBO was no help as our booking was active when trying to make our early departure. We’ve lost money, had to shorten our trip, and it has all been very frustrating.

In response to your review Undisclosed construction - You originally booked a unit in the same building our unit is in while construction was in process. We accepted your same-day booking request for 4 days while construction was on-going. You then extended your stay while construction was ongoing. Parking - Parking is not assigned. At various times, construction vehicles need access and spots may be blocked for safety concerns and/or operations. Other people had to walk to their units at times due to construction. Boarded window - The one boarded window had a view to the parking spaces. The ocean views remained unobstructed during your stay. WiFi Upgrade - WiFi access is provided, however, you requested an upgrade and offered to pay for it. We upgraded the wifi quickly to meet your needs with the agreement you would pay the additional fee. The fee remains unpaid. Undisclosed dog - Midway through your stay, we were informed by management that there was a dog in our unit. Dogs are prohibited. We were to remove you from the unit immediately or be fined. It was then that you disclosed you had a service dog, after a hassle and embarrasment on our part. Refund - The amount refunded was objectively determined using the VRBO amount when you changed your departure date. VRBO was no help to you because everything was done per VRBO. You received the full amount per VRBO. Money you request for the upgraded wifi was never paid.

Felt like home in paradise.

This property was everything it said and more. We didn’t really explore the grounds. It was fully stacked including beach chairs and snorkel gear. Everything you could possibly need to cook was in the kitchen. It was perfect. The only reason I gave four instead of five is that bed was so hard we slept on the couch most nights. My husband likes a firm bed but it felt like the mattress was an afterthought. Maybe a topper would help. The couch was comfy though. 9 out of 10 all together though and would definitely book again with an upgraded mattress. Thanks for everything.

Gorgeous view - Outside is worn - HOA lawsuits

Pictures accurately depict the condo. Interior was clean and neat and view from the balcony was spectacular.Outside is in need of maintenance and renovations but according to other owners we met at the pool, there is a lawsuit by many owners against the HOA. They are not using the condo dues to fix the exterior and are not abiding by the bylaws. We stayed there because we were considering buying a unit there but NOT after learning about these problems. A nice place to stay for a week but don't recommend buying one due to pending lawsuits.

Beautiful home with ocean view from the comfortable deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee to the sounds of the waves crashing below. It was perfect in every way! Comfortable bed, living room and bathroom amenities. The host and property manager were responsive. They even offered use of beach chairs and towels although we ended up not using them. Would stay there again without hesitation!
