Stay comfortably at this newly constructed, three bedroom home in Nekoosa, WI. There is one spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, one with a queen bed, and another with a double lofting one twin bed. Enjoy the spacious great room with two leather futons couches that can be pulled out for additional sleeping options, a full kitchen, and dining space. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will have plenty of space to freshen up. This amazing property offers central air, a gas-fireplace, washing machine/dryer, and free WiFi for comfort and convenience. You will love the recreation area with a dry bar, putting green, dart board, pool and poker tables, TV, and plenty of gathering space that can be easily converted into a breeze-way for outdoor leisure. The large backyard nestles up to the ladies third tee box and the entire property offers plenty of space for outdoor games. Enjoy the beautiful view of a morning sunrise and a cup of coffee, or an afternoon leisurely chat on the front or back patios. You will be within walking distance to the Pines clubhouse, approximately three miles to the famous Sand Valley Golf Course, and 12-miles from Wisconsin Rapids. It was a wonderful and carefree experience. No long list of rules and do's and don'ts just a message to enjoy and have fun. We really enjoyed the game room. It had something for everyone. The home was very comfortable and furnished with everything you could want or need. We highly recommend the property and can't wait to stay again.

Great location with all the comforts of home and more!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Our two teenage sons loved using the game room and played pool and loved the putting greeen. The house was so clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. My husband and I enjoyed the neighborhood as well for morning walks. Great location, wonderful home with all the amenities and awesome, attentive host with excellent communication. One of the best home rentals we've every had. We will definitely book again next year!

This is a gem in Nekoosa. Such a lovely property inside and out. Everything was even better than expected. Steve was a responsive host and had thought of everything. We really hope we can stay here again!

I am proud to host this property with my brother. It has been quite a bit of work but hopefully we will be able to create many fond memories for guests and their families. We hope everyone enjoys their stay!

Why they chose this property

My family has been coming up to the Rome, WI are for over 40 years enjoying everything it has to offer. If you enjoy the outdoors, you have come to the right place. Fishing and hunting opportunities are every where including the miles of trails for ATV/UT V and snowmobiling. Motor-cross is just a few miles away to the south at Dyracuse track. Just to the north is opportunities for trap shooting or maybe miniature golf is your thing. If the real golf is your bag then this is the spot! Rome is a golf Mecca with the world renowned Sand Valley courses along with many others in the vicinity including the Lakes and Pines courses.

What makes this property unique

The home at 438 St. Andrews Trail is sweet because you have a view of the Pines course in the backyard and yet be able to easily walk to the clubhouse if you want to sign in to golf or to grab a drink or a bite without needing a vehicle.
