Many windows give the home lots of natural light and excellent views. One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, with a private balcony off the master bedroom. Enclosed back courtyard offers a lovely outdoor grilling and dining area. One car garage for guest parking, plus two cruiser bikes for you to explore Salida! No smoking or pets.

WiFi is reliable and fast to support work-from-home situations.

Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen or grilling out in the backyard. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants.

Monarch Crest is only 20 miles away. Hiking and mountain biking trails can be found on Salida Mountain Trails. Collegiate Peaks 14ers await you. Fly fishing galore along the Arkansas River!

This house is strictly non-smoking (inside and outside) and pet-free. We cannot accommodate any animals, as the homeowners have severe pet allergies. Any violation of either of these rules will likely result in extra professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, for which we will of course have to pass the bill along to the offending guest. Thanks in advance for respecting our house rules, as we hate having to bill folks for anything!

I was curious why the upper king bedroom had a locked closet??? My wife and I ended up in the first level bedroom.

The locked closet you noticed is temporarily used for owner storage and supplies. It doesn’t affect guest access to the bedroom itself, and all guest‑accessible closets throughout the home remain fully available during every stay. I’m sorry for any confusion this caused during your visit.

Townhome is in a great location - close to the downtown area as well as surrounding areas/ beautiful mountain views. Easy to walk, bike, drive to places of interest. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Place is organized and comfortable (bedrooms, bathrooms, living space, outdoor space). Kitchen has plenty of items and bathrooms are stocked with shower needs/toiletries. Owner is responsive. Appreciated the garage to store our bikes. Parking is available in the townhome community. Really enjoyed our time in Salida.

Comfy, clean home in a quiet location. Jana was on top of everything from check-in to check-out. We appreciated that all the essentials were provided - way more than just the basics (hand soap at each sink, Kleenex in the bedrooms, plenty of towels - everything we needed). Absolutely no complaints!

Cozy Modern Mountain Town Get Away!

My wife and friends and I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful townhome in Salida during a festival weekend. Super comfy, lots of space, modern appliances and a great little back patio. Would love to stay here again!PS- they have an awesome sticker board hanging that we definitely took part in :)

Salida Trip

We had a great stay in Salida at this property. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking items. The beds were comfortable and the property included plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. It was easy to bike into town to access hiking trails and the river and the neighborhood complex was very quiet.

Stay elsewhere! The host did not meet my basic expectations of honesty and was unresponsive to communications. Salida has many other options that are sure to make your trip more pleasant.

Was very impressed! Super clean, spices available for cooking, as well as knives for prepping food. Instructions were very clear and the clean up was minimal, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed. Especially loved being able to do laundry. Would recommend!
