Tucked into the quiet corner of downtown Salida, our riverfront condominium offers easy access to all the shops, galleries, and restaurants of downtown, as well as mountain views and a balcony over the river. Hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from downtown, and Monarch Ski Area is just 20 miles away!

Please park in designated spots in the log or on street ONLY. There are guest parking spots available in front of condo M (immediately to the left of the entry into the parking lot). Or you may park on 1st Street/Hwy 291 directly in front of our condo or wherever you find availability. Parking anywhere else in the lot will upset the neighbors and could result in having your vehicle towed.

Want to stay in and cook? You’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining in the spacious living area or out on the deck over the river. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants. The deck has morning sunshine and afternoon shade--so it's pretty much perfect all summer long!

The area is known as the Heart of the Rockies, and it will beckon you to its mountains, streams, and breathtaking scenery - or you can just relax and enjoy the scenery from the comfort of your deck.
There are hundreds of hiking and mountain biking trails located right in and around Salida, and lots more - including the Continental Divide Trail and the Colorado Trail - within a short drive.
Numerous local attractions and events will keep you busy, or just enjoy the peace and quiet of our historic mountain community.
