Winters Lodge at Little Ranches is a new home offering a perfect balance of space and privacy needed for a relaxing vacation, and close proximity to the Wimberley Square for shopping, dining and entertainment. The three bedrooms makes this a great spot for families or friends traveling together. You'll be 5 minutes to the Square and Blue Hole Regional Park, 7 minutes to Market Days and 15 minutes to Jacob's Well Natural Area.

Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex. The front door opens to your expansive living room, boasting an electric fireplace and smart TV for cozy evenings. The living room is open to your dining area for 6 and fully stocked kitchen. You'll have everything you need to make meals in your home away from home. Laundry closet is located in the garage, along with a game room perfect for the family to enjoy. Down the hall, you'll find the first full bathroom with tub/shower. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed as well as an en suite with walk in closet. Bedroom 2 is complete with a queen bed. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds. Outside, enjoy the patio with grill. The backyard is fully fenced with a gas firepit area and a beautiful view!

Guests have access to the entire home. The driveway is shared with the other half of the duplex.

We live in town and are available through in app messaging.

The home is on a quiet road, located off Flite Acres. The neighborhood consists of primarily single family homes and duplexes, with beautiful 360 Hill Country views.

Walking, biking and driving are the main modes of transport in Wimberley. Ride share services and wine tour buses can be arranged ahead of time. Inquire for details!

This property is a duplex with each side having its own private entrance and backyard. The driveway is shared.
Pets: We only allow dogs included on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled when guests are not inside the home.

Septic/Grease Disposal: Our home is on a septic, so please do not flush feminine products or "flushable" wipes. Please dump any excess grease in trash can or outside. We do not have a garbage disposal.

No Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the home. Smoking is allowed in the side yard/fire pit area only

No Extra Guests: Our space is only suitable for up to 6 guests. We do not charge per person, and do not allow additional guests that are not on the reservation.

Report Any Damages: If any damages occur during your stay, please let us know immediately to possibly avoid further charges.

Quiet neighborhood with pretty view of field and hills in background. Nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, and close to town. It was perfect for our family.

We loved staying here with our toddler and two doggies. It was a fairly kid friendly place and our child loved the extra toys that were available. The access code made it easy to come and go. Nice parking for two cars even though it did get a little muddy with the rain. We had plenty of soap and towels which was nice. We do wish there was a few more detergent tablets to wash clothes because we usually like to wash our clothes before coming back home. We ended up using them on washing some towels and ran out. The rooms were immaculate and sheets felt fresh and cozy. The beds were so comfy to sleep in. The living room was comfy and had plenty of pillows and blankets to keep warm at night while we watched some movies. We enjoyed some of the games they provided as well! We did notice the air hockey chips were a little too lightweight, so they kept flying up in the air when we played. The kitchen had everything we needed and was really clean and neat. The weather turned on us, so we were stuck inside mostly, the cute little backyard was nice and had plenty of seating. We made friends with the two donkeys that seemed very interested in us. This was a really cute place and very close to Wimberley Square. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Excellent place to stay just outside of Wimberley

We enjoyed this home for the weekend. Great distance from town, nice and quiet. You can spend time outside and inside with very comfortable furnishings. The house had everything we wanted, we will return soon for another stay. Thank you, VP

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Perfect size for 4 friends to enjoy girls weekend.We were so close to shopping and restaurants.The host had several above & beyond that made our stay easy! Coffee pods, extra body lotions, electronic plug adapters were thoughtful.We enjoyed the outdoor space and the views were spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was very comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Rooms were comfortable and clean, beds were comfy. Kitchen was well supplied, except the listing said coffee maker. It was a Keurig, with pods. It would be helpful to say Keurig instead of coffee maker. Communication with host was awesome.. quick response when we had a question. I was sent an email with great recommendations for restaurants, shops and points of interest. Downtown square was only a short drive away. We had looked for a list of check out procedures but couldn’t find one, so I texted host to see what we needed to do. She said just turn on dishwasher. Housekeeping would do the rest, which was very appreciated. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to Wimberley.
