Beautiful clean home, plenty of towels and supplies. Gorgeous pool and the area has stunning views of both sunrise and sunset. Complete silence at night and great stargazing as well. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
The house itself is lovely and as shown in photos. VERY clean. They also left a garage door opener for use of the garage during our stay. Which not all hosts do. This area is a yearly trip for our family and we love it. The back yard area is spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was the pool and hot tub. Which is a must for us when we vacation and a big part of why we chose this home. There was only 1 night out of the 7 nights where they were to temperature when we got home after a long day. All other nights they were cold, we had to message the host nightly and wait for them to get to temperature before we could get in and enjoy them. After daily 6-9 hour hikes and excursions, the hot tub is a must for us. Having to wait every night was frustrating and disappointing. It is also a place for all of us to gather, unwind, talk about whatever we had done or seen that day and just have fun. We were given a few different reasons for the issues from a code being thrown on the unit to daily self cleaning shutting it off. But as of the last night there we were still having the issue and having to contact the host to get it he heated up. Even the summer evenings can get chilly, getting down in the 50's at times while we were there, so the heated aspect is needed. Having to message multiple times every night did not make for relaxing evenings. If the pool/hot tub issues can get resolved this would be a wonderful home base for all of the amazing things to do and see in this area.
Perfect Home Base – Highly Recommend! We flew in from Missouri, spent four very expensive nights in Las Vegas, then headed to this peaceful home in Kanab—and it was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge! We stayed for 7 nights, and the house was perfect—3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private backyard with a pool, hot tub, shaded patio, and outdoor seating. It was spotlessly clean, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The air conditioning worked great, and the full-size washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The kitchen was impressively stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and even a cooler for packing lunches. We also enjoyed the 95-inch TV and super comfortable living room furniture after long days of exploring.Kanab is a great central base for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The town has plenty of restaurants, stores, and charm. The management team was very responsive and helpful—quick to answer any questions and make sure our stay went smoothly. If you're considering this home—book it! The location, price, and comfort exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again.
