Our Summer house Sleeps 8 with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large living/dining space and huge backyard with a boat house with boat access.

The Space:
Ther is lots of space for family game night, playing football in the back yard or fun on the lake. Here at Summer House the possibilities are endless.

Guest Access:
Parking on site in drive way, secure entry with pin pad.

The Neighborhood:
Plenty of shopping boutiques and unique places to indulge any appetite and OfCourse lake LBJ.

Weekend on the River

The house was spacious and had all the amenities to provide a comfortable stay. The dock made accessing the river very easy. We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this property.

Peaceful with beautiful water view

Great place for our family to stay. Beautiful water view and great dock to fish from or just sit and relax. Saw a lot of beautiful deer and Canadian geese. We’d stay here again, especially in the summer. Host was always responsive.

Great place to bring your family and boat

Excellent stay at a great lakefront home with a an awesome dock with lift that can support a newer wakesurf boat. We had a great time.

Excellent stay

Have visited many times on the Colorado arm of LBJ. This location was outstanding and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Great yard for our dog as well!

Great spot on the lake

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has excellent views of the water from the living areas and easy access to the lake. It’s clean, well stocked, and everything in working order. Outstanding!
