NUEVA PROPIEDAD DE ALQUILER DE VACACIONES EN LAGO LBJ
Inundado refugio de lujo frente al mar, ubicado en el brazo de Colorado, al otro lado del río de Wakepoint Marina. Restaurada en 2019, esta espectacular casa ofrece 1,400 pies cuadrados de espacio interior, además del gran patio cubierto con vista al mar y una plataforma de cubierta / baño muy grande en el muelle. Esta casa ubicada en Lake LBJ disfruta de las vistas del amanecer de Lookout Mountain y de un lote cubierto de árboles orientado al este para mantenerte fresco en el verano, una chimenea al aire libre para noches frescas en el patio.
Servicios de primera línea en esta casa de 1400 pies cuadrados. Enorme sofá seccional en la sala de estar con una gran pared de vidrio para ver el hermoso lago LBJ. El maestro luce una cama King con una gran pared deslizante de vidrio con vista al río. Número dos habitaciones tiene baño privado y una cama queen. La habitación con literas tiene dos gemelos y un colchón de tamaño completo. Sala de estar tiene un futón muy cómodo, además de la gran sección. Esta casa dormirá 10 cómodamente. El patio trasero de césped con pendiente lenta y muy grande lo lleva a una cubierta y un muelle de gran tamaño (cubiertos y no cubiertos) junto al polipasto de barco elevado que acomodará la mayoría de las embarcaciones de trito, pontón y casco en V. Dos ranuras PWC en un host elevado al lado del puesto del barco. Buena pesca A la basura le encanta este muelle. Verás pescadores en un bote bajo bajo estos muelles cada mañana. Saben que los peces están aquí. Gran lugar para traer a los niños para algunos de los mejores Wakeboard / Wakesurf / esquí en el lago LBJ.

Jeff made everything super easy!! Boat ramp for a small fee located 2 minutes away and able to use the boat lift at the house awesome. Plenty of parking was available on site for your vehicles and trailer if needed. House was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. HEB grocery store is 5 minutes away if you forgot anything. Thank you for a relaxing weekend on the water!!

Perfect Family Lakehouse Vacay

We had a great stay at this lakehouse! It was spacious, comfortable, and waking up to the lake view each morning was such a nice way to start the day. The boat lift worked flawlessly—it’s the best one we’ve used out of all the lake houses we’ve rented in the area. It actually lifted our boat completely out of the water, which gave us peace of mind. The dock was large and perfect for fishing or just hanging out, and the yard was well-maintained and added to the relaxing vibe. Jeff, our host was friendly, always responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Our family had a truly memorable experience and would happily come back!

Weekend at the lake

Nice house and great location. Massive outdoor patio with fireplace and grill. Huge platform by the boat dock for fishing and sunbathing. Really enjoyed our stay.

Family Memories at Lake LBJ

We drove our surf boat from California, looking for a fun Texas adventure (for my wife and I and our 4 teenagers), and this lake house was perfect. The house was clean, cool and spacious. Huge family room, large kitchen and great size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Huge windows overlook the large lawn, leading to a private dock and beautiful lake. We loved eating breakfast on the large, shaded back porch, eating dinner on the shaded dock (with boat lift for our surf boat), and watching our kids fish, as the stars came out. The dock is white concrete, which keeps it super clean, cool, and stable. Our dog loved the huge, fenced, shaded, grass back yard. The location is perfect. The position of the house was perfect for (much-needed) afternoon shade. The Colorado river arm is a beautiful part of Lake LBJ, and had it to ourselves during the week. Kingsland was a peaceful town with some fun restaurants (including Boat Town nearby on the water), grocery nearby, boat launch around the corner, and even boarding for our dog 15 minutes away (while we visited other cities). When we got our fill of wake surfing, we took day trips to nearby Caverns, Austin, and MLB games in Houston and Arlington. "The Slab" up the street, was also a fun spot for playing in the water at sunset. Jeff was very responsive, and a great host. We loved this house, made a lot of family memories, and would be blessed if we can make it back to Texas someday, and stay there again.

Great Water and Dock

The most important thing about a lakehouse is deep water and a great dock to hang out on, this property has both. Nice yard and pretty covered porch with gas grill as well. House was clean and had a great air conditioner, which is important in July! Great communication by host.

Wondering lakefront stay!

Our family and friends had a great time at Classic Bungalow on LBJ. It was the perfect size for 8 of us. The outdoor patio is amazing and ease of boat launch to the house dock was perfect. Thank you Jeff for hosting us. We will definitely book again!

Exceeded our Expectations!

This property was impeccably clean and organized. Linens and towels were great quality. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook meals and serve dinner on very nice plates, even a good selection of spices and condiments. Smart TV in living area is very large and easy to setup with our own streaming services. Really enjoyed fishing from the covered dock, even when it rained. Yard and patio were well-maintained and fun to use, especially the fireplace. Thanks for a very enjoyable weekend! We would definitely book again.

Nice, Clean Lake House on Main Colorado Arm

The house was very nice and clean. The back porch was very enjoyable and gave a great view of the sunrise over the lake with your morning coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed how close this house was to town and the fact that it was on the main Colorado arm. We would stay here again if we are in the area!

Excellent location and host

This house was perfect for my family’s 4th of July trip. Plenty of room and bathrooms. We loved the back porch and the view. Jeff was awesome! Always available to answer any questions and very easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This house was the best place for our spur of the moment family vacation after we bought our new boat. We loved that the place had adequate parking for our jet ski and boat trailers. The boat dock was set up perfectly! The home was very spacious and well stocked. When we had any questions the owner was directly available to answer which typically isn't the case. Definitely will be booking this place again in the future!!

Great House, Great Location

This house was clean, comfortable and spacious. All appliances worked well and there was plenty of parking. There is a lot of natural light and great views from the large windows in the living room and the master bedroom. The covered patio is large and has three ceiling fans for comfort. Like other lakes in Texas, there is hydrilla at this lake (not the owner's fault). So you might want to bring a rake or request one from the owner to clear the jet ski lift area and boat lift area (its easy to clear). You also need to really clean your boats/watercraft after your visit. But this is minor and the lake is still beautiful. Also, the boat dock at this house is really nice and all lifts worked great. We really enjoyed this house!

Kingsland Lake house

the house was great from the location on the water, to all the space inside of the the house, plenty of parking, the outdoor patio was spacious and the huge yard for our dog to run around. the dock and boat slip was perfect for my boat. we will definitely come back soon.

amazing place!!!

5 out of 5 stars for me and my family..... we had an absolute blast at the house and will definitely stay again in years to come... location is great and with the lot across the street the parking was very easy- we had a truck and boat trailer and a van and jet ski trailer and also had various friend stop by and we had plenty of room in the house/back porch/boat dock...

Great location for water activities.

Super clean and spacious. Fantastic location on the Colorado River just north of the 1431 bridge. Beautiful yard with great patio. Private dock was perfect for our pontoon boat, swimming, and fishing. Check in/out was a breeze. And Jeff is an awesome host. We will definitely be returning.
