Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please shut all curtains
Put all used towels in the guest bathtub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use only striped beach towels at the pool area. When using the gas grill, please pull out from the wall and follow the instructions on the wall.
NO CLEANING OF FISH INSIDE THE CONDO.( fish cleaning area on dock 4) No flamed candles. No Fireworks.
No more than 2 vehicles parked in parking lot, additional parking at boat trailer lot. You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property.

Very comfortable & spacious condo. The accommodating owners have many 'extras' included to make your stay feel like home. A collapsible wagon is available for you to use, making loading & unloading your vehicle much easier. There is an elevator also! The balcony is very nice with great views! Ozark Amphitheatre is very close if you enjoying going to concerts. I highly recommend this condo. Its a BEEutiful place!

We Live in Central Illinois we have two grown children six grandchildren. We enjoy coming to the lake. We opened up our home to short-term rental so others can enjoy our wonderful place when we're not able to make it down.

Why they chose this property

I call our place "Cozy Cove... making memories" our Cove is located near mile marker 31. One of the more quieter coves at the lake. We love watching the wildlife from our balcony the eagles, blue heron,turtles,fish and the sounds of tree frogs.

No a resort area.
