When we arrived it was nice and cold in the unit. The grounds of the complex were beautiful and well cared for. The condo was clean, updated, and we appreciated the extra paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, detergent, paper plates, utensils, tons of beach/ regular towels, etc. All supplied by the host. There was even a pool float, cooler, beach toys/ chairs. It was great that it opened up to the pool in the back on the first floor, for easy access, though it was not heated and rather chilly. We still made use of it.The kitchen utensils (spatula for example) could use updating. There was a chunk taken out of it by a previous guest and the pan was mishapen with a loose handle. Minor details.We loved the modern feel, appreciated the host's great communication, and had a very nice stay.
