Overall, the unit is okay and would be much better with a few cosmetic updates. It's very convenient to almost everything and not too far from San Juan. When we arrived, the unit was very hot, and there was water, (condensation, I guess, but not sure) small puddles on the floor in the entry hallway to the living and kitchen area. The property mgr responded after I reached out and asked if I wanted her to send up maintenance. We used large towels to remove the water. I would propose or recommend the property mgr ensure the unit's air conditioner is on prior to the next renter so that they don't walk into a hot, wet mess.
The door for the unit does not lock. It was open when we arrived, which I thought was weird, but okay. The management company knew there was a known issue with the door. When I reached out, the property manager said to leave the door like it was when we arrived (open). She stated that they have been trying to get an open week to install the new door. I would suggest that you block out a few days to get the door replaced so that renters will feel safe. Sinks drain slow in bathrooms, make a roaring noise if turned one direction. Clean vents especially hall bath. Cleaners should clean out the mop and broom or get a new one. There is hair in the corners and other areas of the floor. The floor was clean, but hair was visible. Blinds should be replaced. Replace the filter in AC unit, stove (knobs) missing levels, I would recommend getting heat resistant labels
