Modern Cozy Condo: Pool, Tennis, Pickle ball, Near Northstar and Lake Tahoe

Modern, cozy, warm and relaxing.... Beautiful every season, to hike, ski, beach, shop or lounge.
Conveniently located near the heart of Kings Beach, this newly remodeled 3 story, warm and comfortable condominium boasts the perfect location from which to enjoy all of what Lake Tahoe has to offer. Incredible hiking and biking trails (which become snowshoeing and x-c skiing trails in winter!) are right down the block in the Tahoe National Forest. The condominium is just a mile from Lake Tahoe, 6 miles from the Northstar Ski Resort, and just minutes to the shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment of Incline Village, Tahoe City and Truckee.

The condominium provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, all newly furnished, and a loft which houses Wii, fussball table and sofa/bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful locally crafted king size bed, with a deck. The second bedroom has Danish bunkbeds, with bottom queen, top full, and additional single bed, sleeping 4. The downstairs bathroom holds a jacuzzi bath-tub, the second bathroom upstairs has a shower, and both bathrooms provide heated flooring.

Enjoying meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, heated flooring, timed coffee/espresso maker ready in the morning when you wake up. The easy gas lit, wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for hanging out in the living room, dining room or kitchen area. Living room has a second deck with barbeque and seating.

The living room holds a large-screen HDTV with BluRay DVD player, netflix, YouTube, Pandora, Hulu and more.

Condominium includes access to the pool, sauna, ping pong and pickle ball and tennis courts just across the way (summer months only).

Pets are not allowed due to HOA regulations, this is NOT a pet free condo the owners bring their pets up regularly , if you have animal related allergies this is not the place for you .

My husband and two teens had a great stay. The condo is very cute and clean. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room for the four of us, We were there to ski at Northstar and the condo is a quick drive to the resort. We received clear instructions from the owners. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful property! Well stocked and well anticipated for what a family may need. Very Clean and convenient location to shops, market, Picnic Rock hike, Kings Beach, Sand Harbor Beach-an easy drive. Adam was terrific and prompt with communications-we'd love to come back.

Fantastic condo in North Tahoe

This condo was the perfect spot for our family of 5. We had all the comforts of home and the location was close to everything. We would definitely stay again! Owner was very organized and left very detailed information that we found extremely helpful. Great stay!

Well priced vacation rental in great location

We had a great time staying at this condo for 2 nights. Our kids really enjoyed it. It was also nice that there was some equipment to borrow if one wanted. I'm really glad I made the choice to stay there, even though it was a blizzard nearly the whole time.

Fantastic Place!

We've stayed at many units in this complex and this one is far and away the absolute best we've seen. Completely updated with lots of amenities. If you are skiing Northstar you can't beat the location. We will definitely be back!

Family Friendly Tahoe Condo

Perfect home base for a Northern Tahoe Family getaway. Close to amenities and recreational activities. The condo had enough space for my family of 5 to relax comfortably. The loft game room was a plus for the kids. Affordable, would definitely consider renting again.

Amazing stay

This condo is super equipped for maximum comfort. They provided coffee, sugar, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The linen was surprisingly nice for a rental. As a group of four ladies looking to hang out and relax, this condo was the best option. I’m so glad we stayed here. It’s about a mile from kings beach, shops, and Safeway (very walkable).

Overall, our stay was great! The location was perfect—close to both Kings Beach and Truckee, which made it easy to explore the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a weekend away.The only small hiccup was with the keypad. Our original code didn’t work when we arrived, but the host responded immediately and sent a new one. The keypad worked after that, but it was a little finicky throughout the weekend. Nothing major—definitely not something that would make us drop a star.We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!
