Make yourself at home in this newly renovated 3-bedroom Kings Beach resort condo, in a gated community with incredible views of the lake. With 2 king beds and 2 twin beds, this cozy condo offers a peaceful escape. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a fitness room, Tennis and Pickle Ball courts directly on the lake, with a dock for boat access. In the winter, you are within 10 minutes of Northstar and Diamond Peak ski resorts and 25 minutes to Palisades ski resort. Relax in the lovely living room, whether you just want to look at the lake or enjoy the surround sound from the sofa watching TV or listening to music. If you love to cook, enjoy the brand new fully stocked kitchen, with everything to suit your needs, plus a BBQ on the deck. Linens and towels provided, with soap, shampoo and hair dryers. Plenty of parking in front of building. Owner always available. A Diamond in the rough.

Mark was an amazing host and this location was perfect. You’re right by some great places to launch your SUP board, and the communityPool/courts/pier are just a short walk away. It was also super helpful to have the luggage carts available for guests staying in the condos to easily bring things inside via elevator. We are already planning our next stay!

Family of 5 stayed at the property and was plenty of room for us in the condo. The view off the balcony was incredible with the lake and mountains right there. A very short walk from the condo building to the community pool and the kids also took advantage of the tennis and pickleball courts in that common area. A very short drive to the Kings Beach main road that has a variety of restaurant options, coffee shops, ice cream shops, grocery store, and to the beach. Would recommend.

The unit is updated, quiet and cozy. The lake view is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed the amenities (tennis, pickleball and swimming). Mark was an incredible host and was quick to respond if we needed anything. Thanks so much, Mark, for hosting us! It was a perfect weekend with the family!!

This property was the best property we ever stayed at. The property was renovated so everything was so clean, practically new, and very "smart", smart applicances, smart touch lamps, smart stovetop. Host was very detailed as well and was great at following up.

My family and I had an incredible stay. Marc was a very friendly and communicative host, and the condo was lovely. The views were stunning, and the amenities were truly the highlight. The spring-fed heated pool and sauna were incredible to enjoy, especially with the beautiful Lake Tahoe surroundings. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

My family had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is spacious and very quiet. As soon as you enter the apartment to the left, you can see a huge mirror showcasing the lake and the mountains. And off to the right is the actual view of the lake and mountains. Imagine how beautiful that is. There is a heated pool/sauna and a tennis court you can use a few houses down. What made things even better, was that the owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This place was very nice and clean, and our family truly enjoyed our stay. The lake view was excellent. It is clear that the property has been recently remodeled—both the appliances and bathrooms are new. In addition, the living room is unique and provides a very comfortable and welcoming environment. We look forward to returning again in the future.

This absolutely gorgeous place far exceeded my expectations. 6 adults and two children and we were as comfortable as could be. Views were breathtaking, amenities amazing and dealing with Mark was a pleasure. We are going to make this a yearly trip and staying at this exact place. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing stay in North Lake Tahoe.

Our summer stay at Mark's place in King's Beach was great. Quiet, beautiful view, convenient location, classy and clean, and so much more. To top it off, we experienced a severe thunderstorm warning while we were there, and we promptly received a call from Mark to check in on us and make sure we were alright, and to reassure us to call him if we needed anything, despite the storm. If I could give a bonus star for this stay, I would. Mark get's an A+ from us.

Beautifully appointed condo with views of the lake all along one side. Big windows and mirrors to make most of the view. Quiet. Spacious. Perfect for my family get together (3 generations). Excellent communication with host and easy check in and out, Easy /multiple parking spots available. Kitchen well stocked. Safeway down the road. Smart TVs with lots of streaming networks available. Cooktop is induction and deck BBQ is electric but easy to use. Unfortunately pool /clubhouse /gym were closed during our stay for annual maintenance. Did not try to get into tennis/pickleball court. Would definitely stay here again.... thanks Mark!

The host - Mark is an outstanding host who goes out of his way to make sure you have all the information and assistance that you need. We had a couple questions about the place and Mark took the time to call and discuss which really gave things a personal touch.The place - great location with lake views and easy to get to from nearby ski resorts. This unit is on the 6th floor of a lakeside condo building (4 units per floor) with ample parking but it's a quiet setting. For a group of 6 the place was the perfect size, spacious yet cozy and comfortable. Lots of new touch appliances inside and there are signs that it was remodeled recently. Some of the details in the place are a little interesting. The sauna in the community center is awesome after a day at the slopes. The heated pool is not as warm as you might like but on a sunny day it could be fun.

We love Brockway Springs Resort! We had another great stay at the resort with our children and grandchildren. Mark has done a great job remodeling his new condo. Great view of the Lake from this ideally located lake shore property. It was in great shape and clean and well prepared for our arrival. Mark was very communicative prior to our arrival so that we had all of the information that we needed for check in. He called as we arrived to ensure that we understood how everything worked and that we didn’t have any questions. He also checked in with us prior to check out to make sure we had no questions about check out procedures. We had everything we needed and wanted for a great stay at the Lake. Thank you Mark.

We were pleasantly surprised! This condo is quite spacious with a gorgeous view from the balcony. It has just been renovated, and is very clean, bright and modern. The appliances are top notch, and we loved the dual ice types from the automatic maker. Mini cubes are great for that thirst quencher!The property has a great pool, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. Viewing the early morning lake from the dock was magic!Only thing to watch for is parking. It gets full, and you will need to okay parking long the drive. No big deal, as you can load/unload in front, and park later. Loved it, we would come back!!
