Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All trash needs to be taken out and put into the dumpster on the South end of the building.
Please make sure all used lies are stripped and put either in hamper or downstairs' by washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please turn off all lights and lock door when checking out.
Pets are allowed per notification to property owner. Limit of 1 for approval. Lack of notification will be cause for extra fee of $100 per stay.
