This house is located in a small community of homes in the Smoky mountains, along with great views!
Simple to find with Google or Apple Maps. Close enough to everything to be convenient, tucked away enough to be a hideaway.

Guests have full access to all amenities within the cabin, including the indoor pool, game room, theater room, and outdoor spaces, with the exception of the owner's closet. Front door includes keypad for easy check-in and access during your stay.

Please note that any guest bringing pets without permission will be charged a $500 fee. Any damages caused by pets will be charged to the guest as well as a damage fee of $300 in addition to any damages.
★ Dogs often get anxious when left alone in a new place. For their comfort and safety, we strongly suggest that you crate your dog(s) when you leave the home to avoid accidents or damage that would result in additional charges.
★ For their safety and the protection of the amenities for future guests, no pets are allowed in the pool or hot tub.

House Rules
★ No smoking in or around the home within 100 yards.
★ Guests are not permitted to tamper with or adjust the pool and spa equipment, or allowing pets in them, including temperature settings—please contact us for any adjustments.
★ No parties or groups larger than 10 without express, written permission by owners.
★ Please note that all cancellations will incur a 5% processing fee regardless of when cancellation occurs. This is due to the payment processor charging us for both the original payment as well as the refund.
