☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
The cabin's 3 spacious bedrooms are spread across all three floors, one on each level, affording you the privacy you need during your stay. They are ensuite bedrooms, which come equipped with comfy, king-size beds and flatscreen Smart TVs.

The upper floor bedroom is equipped with an additional seating area that converts into a sofa bed for extra guests.

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level on the other side of the game room. While this area doesn't have a door, it does have a half wall separating it from the game room, allowing for some privacy. This cozy nook features a queen size bunk bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a multi-cade arcade game, and a large flatscreen TV. Kids will love this sleeping area! (please see pictures).

All three full bathrooms are connected to the three main bedrooms.

The main level bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a bathtub. Both the upper floor and lower level bathrooms are equipped with a shower/tub combo.

The open-concept kitchen makes it easy to make memories together during your mountain getaway. This kitchen is sleek, modern, and equipped with everything you'll need for whipping up delicious meals. Right across, is the cozy living room that's perfect for hunkering down with a good book or enjoying a family movie night. The vaulted ceilings and large panoramic windows make hanging out in the living room a truly special experience.

The game room/pool table room is located on the lower level and boasts a pool table, a flatscreen TV, and a high top table with chairs. The best part is you can take in the epic mountain views from the windows as you sink your shots! Note that this room opens up into the bunk room and does not have a door separating the rooms.


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The Mountain Sky Cabin offers many opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors without ever stepping foot off the property. There is a large deck on the main level, where you can have your morning cup of Joe in the fresh mountain air. You'll find plenty of seating options on this massive wraparound deck, along with spectacular mountain views for miles.

On the lower level deck, you'll find more epic views, along with a private hot tub and an additional seating area.

The cabin also features a beautiful fire pit and a charcoal grill, so you can make the most of your time outdoors during your stay. As guests, you will also have access to the shared community outdoor pool (open May-Sept), basketball court, playground, and various picnic areas.

- Comforters and quilts are washed between all guests.

- This cabin is not pet friendly. Family member HIGHLY allergic to cats, dogs,& other animals. No animals allowed due to this.

- For your safety, there are 3 security cameras on the property. One at the front door, one at the top of the driveway, and one that faces the lower part of the driveway.
NOTE: We have a fourth camera installed on the top back deck that faces the mountains. This camera is exclusively for our LIVE WebCam feed of the scenic views, and does not capture any sound. Our guests can be rest assured that their privacy is our top priority, as they cannot be seen on the camera.
This unique offering allows past guests to relive their memories of their stay with us and soak in the stunning scenery whenever they please. We hope this adds an extra special touch to your experience with us and look forward to welcoming you to our property.

- Guest must provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and agree to house rules to receive the door code. Reservation will be canceled if these are not provided within 48 hours of booking.

- The cabin is located in a community. We love our neighbors and ask that you respect their privacy and right to peacefully enjoy their residences. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am.

- There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaners only come between guests.

- We are unable to accommodate cancellations due to weather or other reasons outside of the agreed-upon cancellation policy. We recommend travel insurance for this purpose.

- A $500 deposit will be on HOLD on your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival date and as long as there are no damages, the deposit will be released within 5 days of your departure date.

- Booking Guest must agree to house rules by returning a Signed Electronic Rental Agreement and uploading a copy of a government-issued photo ID (i.e. driver's license or passport) within 48 hours of booking. Reservation will be canceled if these are not provided within 48 hours of booking. Photo ID must match the name on the credit card used and the name of the Booking Guest. The signing of the Rental Agreement (House Rules) and uploading a copy of a photo ID are required to receive the door code.

- Understand this is a cabin and it is in the mountains. There will be potential for outdoor bugs and critters to get into the cabin. Please make sure to keep the windows and doors closed to prevent bugs and critters from getting in. Keeping windows and doors open increases the chance of insects, spiders, and animals getting in.

- We cannot control the existence nor the quality of the WiFi and we do not offer refunds based on any utility company's performance.

-Refunds/Maintenance:
We do everything possible to keep all equipment in good working order. However, it is impossible to guarantee that all appliances, hot tubs, TVs, fireplace, etc. will be in working order 100% of the time. We do guarantee to make every effort to correct all problems as soon as possible during normal business hours.
Report all damage and/or maintenance problems immediately. We must by made aware there is a problem in order to try to rectify it.
We reserve the right to perform exterior and/or interior maintenance during your stay. If a service call is necessary, we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to you.
We do not offer any discounts, refunds, or credits for mechanical malfunctions.
