121 Greens - Golf View - Beach Locker - Walk to Beach
New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout villa in 2026.
A beautiful first floor remodel previously completed. The first floor was opened up with walls removed creating an open light filled space. New cabinets and granite counters. Freshly painted with smooth ceilings (no popcorn, keyless entry).
Ceiling fans added to bedrooms 2020. Master bath remodel with walk-in shower. All new deck furniture.
Beach locker is available for your use with beach chairs and sand toys. Store everything right at the beach. Such a short walk too.
The villa is situated among the beautiful pines, moss draped oaks, and tropical palms of Shipyard Plantation. The unit is a two story, two-bedroom, non-smoking, Greens Villa located on the 6th green of the Shipyard Galleon Golf course AND a short 7 minute walk to HHI’s pristine 12 mile beach.
All furniture and bedding are rigorously maintained with a deep steam cleaning 2X/year. Bathrooms and powder room were also recently renovated.
Beach chairs, beach buggy and other beach sundries are available.
Our location is one of the best in The Greens. We are closest to the beach without being on Shipyard Drive and located directly across from the famed Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Center and Sonesta Resort.
We have an outstanding golf course view of the 6th green of Shipyard’s Galleon course from our newly equipped deck with new gas grill, deck table and chairs.
Other highlights are a recently renovated private gated pool for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests.
The villa will accommodate up the 7 guests with a new queen sleeper located in the living room, king bed in the master and double & single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom additionally includes a walk-in closet and private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has access to a separate hall bath with a tub/shower combination. There is a powder room located on the main level. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.
The villa comes equipped with a new 52” flat screen with HD TV in the living room and a new 32” flat screen in the master bedroom. DVD player provided.
Bathrooms and living room have also been recently remodeled with granite vanities in the bathroom and wood laminate flooring in the living room. In addition we re-purposed the small breakfast room in the front to a more practical mud/sand room. In our own past vacations we found that we utilized this room for our towels, beach paraphernalia and sandals/shoes rather than as a dining area. The main dining area remains attached to the living room.

We were able to check in prior to 4pm which was a huge plus! Everything was as described. Other than some dust/few hairs in certain areas, everything was clean. Location to beach was great and having access to a beach locker was perfect!!! Our host was wonderful and had open communication. We followed all instructions left for us and I even stripped the beds, wiped down the counters, and triple checked to make sure everything looked near perfect prior to leaving because we enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you, Maureen!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was absolutely immaculate, the floors were so clean that we felt completely comfortable taking our shoes off, which is always a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the property itself was beautiful and well maintained.The location could not have been better. We loved the beautiful walk to the beach access, and having the beach locker with chairs conveniently available right at the beach was fantastic. It made beach days so much easier!Shipyard was a wonderful area to stay in, with a peaceful, beautiful setting while still being in close proximity to everything else on the island. Our host was also extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Lovely villa close to the beach. Beds are great. We had a wonderful time!
Great location, close to the beach, lots of bike paths, close to grocery stores. Villa is clean, and well appointed.

Exactly as described, clean and well stocked.
Great location with a beautiful pool. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. We come to HH regularly and we would stay again.

Great Condo for Family Vacation
Our family really enjoyed our stay! Good location, Condo was updated and clean! We loved having the beach locker! Maureen was great at communicating everything to make our stay perfect!

Fun family getaway
This condo was the perfect spot for our family of four. Short walk or bike ride to the beach and great patio overlooking the golf course. We also loved the convenience of the beach locker. Thanks for your hospitality!

Wonderful!
This condo is at a wonderful location and Maureen, the owner was wonderful to correspond with, always quick to respond and fix and worries! We have been to HHI numerous times and this was one of the best!

Very nice trip!
The condo was just as described. The owner was very helpful and responded right away to us while we were there. Shipyard is a great place for a quiet family vacation. Having the beach locker with the property was a plus! We were within a short walk to both the beach and the pool. Overall a very nice trip.

HHI 2019
We had a wonderful stay. The condo is updated nicely, fresh, airy, and open. Many personal touches that made us feel like we were home. Maureen was great to work with and kept us informed of anything we needed to know. Look forward to staying here again!

Beach Getaway
The property was in a wonderful location only a short bike ride away from the beach. The property was very clean and allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The owner was responsive to any questions and made the process very easy. The beach locker made life much easier so that we did not have to constantly transport everything from the condo to the beach.

My famiy had a great time this was our first time in hh if you go there this is the home to stay in everything from the pool to the beach and the beach buggy was awesome the beach bar was awesome too if u wanted a little time off the beach thank you again we will be back trying to get two weeks off

Great time!
We enjoy this neighborhood because it’s walkable to the beach. This property did not disappoint. Everything in great shape and Maureen was an awesome communicator. We traveled from out west and it’s a long flying day. Check in was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Great Winter Visit to Hilton Head
Fantastic experience! Great location, great communication from the owner. This was a very clean, well-kept unit that we would rent again. Without question the most well-equipped rental unit. It came with EVERYTHING you could think of and then some. Thank you

I love the South Carolina Low Country and have been vacationing in South Carolina for over 20 years. After having vacationed through the years on both HHI and Kiawah Island I have found I prefer the abundance of activities and restaurants on HHI with its beautiful 12 mile beach.

The Greens within Shipyard plantation provides an easy walk to the beach but also maintains a beautiful canopy of trees with golfcourse and scenic views. It is less crowded and more relaxed then many of the other plantations on the island.
