Escape to our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa in Shipyard Plantation, where comfort meets convenience just steps from Hilton Head’s beautiful beaches. Whether you’re coming for a family vacation, a couple’s retreat, or a relaxing coastal escape, our villa has everything you need for a memorable stay.
The Villa
Spacious Living: Bright, open living area with comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors to the private patio.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern appliances and everything you need to cook at home.
Bedrooms: Master with king bed and ensuite bath; second bedroom with two twin beds (can be pushed together for a king). Both rooms are designed for relaxation after a day of exploring.
Conveniences of Home: Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and all linens provided.

We love Shipyard Plantation for its quiet, family-friendly atmosphere while still being close to Hilton Head’s best activities. Our villa in The Greens is exceptionally close to the private beach access, located next to the Marriott Crowne Plaza. A short walk or bike ride gets you straight to the sand.

Beach Locker (#319) at the brand-new beach club — no need to lug gear back and forth. The locker includes chairs, umbrellas, and more, secured with your own lock code (1776).
4 Bikes Provided: Cruise the plantation trails or ride out to Coligny Plaza. If you need smaller bikes, rentals are easily arranged and delivered right to the villa.

The villa is perfect for a comfortable vacation! The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking needs. The dining area and living area are very comfortable, feels like home! The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean! This is a must to check out! The host are extremely great with communication!

This property was everything that was shown on the VRBO sight! Fully equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, conveniently located. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for a week in April 2026! Wonderful communication with owner!

The property was great! Kitchen well stocked, and every small detail was thought of like plenty of hangers in the closets, luggage holders, and plenty of outlets to charge all the devices. Also having bikes available to use was really nice!

Summer Beach Week
Beautiful townhouse very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach.

Great condo and Perfect location
A super clean and well stocked condo. The location to the pool and beach was great. Great place to ride bikes and so nice that bikes are there for your use as was beach chairs. Hope the condo is available when we visit Hilton Head again!

Great place to stay on Hilton Head Island
The property was in a convenient location on the island to access golf and restaurants. Very clean and well supplied with basic necessities. Bikes were a plus and the location to the beach access wasn't very far. Would highly recommend it

Fantastic Beach Location
176 The Greens may be the first place I've been where the online photos understated the actual facilities. The rooms were comfortable and inviting, the furniture felt like home, and the location is spectacular.

Everything was as described. Love that there is ample seating in the living room. Comfortable beds. Owners are very easy to work with and provided quick answers to everything we asked. Will for sure stay here again! Loved the bikes and beach locker!

After vacationing in Hilton Head Island for 5 years, we decided to buy a Villa. It is our piece of paradise. We always look forward to our visits with great expectation and are never disappointed.

Our Villa offers all the comforts of home while you enjoy a sub tropical island vacation. Biking with the four bikes provided with the rental is a great way to get to know the Plantation. The pool is 200 yards away, tennis is 400 yards away and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Grilling from a patio area, off the deck, which backs up to the Shipyard Golf Course, is always great fun.
