This beautifully updated townhome is new to the vacation rental market for 2024! As you enter the property, you're greeted with an open concept floor plan, LVP flooring and comfortable furnishings.

The kitchen has been opened from the original design and includes granite counters, newer cabinets, a Keurig coffee maker and all you'll need to cook a meal for your family.

The dining area is just beyond with seating for 6. Just past the dining area you'll find the living area, complete with a Smart TV, sleeper sofa and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. The outdoor space has beautiful views of the golf course, a dining table and a propane grill.

Back inside, you'll also find a powder room on the first level for added convienence.

Up the stairs you'll find two bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, golf course views and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full size bed, a twin bed, a flat screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Greens are set on the rolling fairways of the Shipyard Plantation only a short walk from the beach, newly renovated private on-site pool, golf and tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
