Convenient to all Oneonta has to offer. 2.6 miles to All Star Village, walkable to many shops/restaurants in the neighborhood, 0.6 miles to Main Street, close to both colleges. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath lower level apartment is great for a small group looking for convenient and economical lodging. There is one dedicated off-street parking space, as well as street parking available.

This ground-level apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and 1 with a double bed, a large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, a living area, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has a SmartTV.

The rental is a short drive from CASV making it really convenient. It’s also walking distance to Main St. The place was well cleaned and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets if needed. The host is very responsive. We had an issue with the internet and he quickly took care of it. And when the people on the 2nd floor were letting their toddler run around ALL night he addressed it immediately. We loved how close this home was to everything in Oneonta.

Great Location near All Star Village

The property was a great three bedroom with plenty of space for our 4 family members just 7 minutes away from All Star Village. The property owners were responsive and fixed our internet immediately when it wasn't working and the check in and out was very easy.

Simple & Perfect!

The property was impeccably clean & well stocked. Beds were comfy & there is plenty of room. It was a cozy escape from the chaos of the baseball fields at All Star Village. The location was perfect, about 5-7 mins from the fields and a short walk to downtown.

Convenient, easy and great location!

This place is in a great location close to All Star Village and downtown Oneonta. Plenty of food places nearby. The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It is on the ground floor so easily accessible with a little covered porch on the side. The place was very clean and the area was quiet. It was perfect for our stay while visiting for baseball!!

Better places…

This is a long drive back and forth to Dreams Park. No light bulbs in lamps, roaches and the smell of marijuana made for an unpleasant stay with family and parents. We immediately washed all bedding as it had a musty odor.
