Condo was great. Had functional gas fireplace with some wood. Had 2 bedrooms plus loft space and a small tv room in addition to living room and kitchen. Downstairs bath was upgraded. The heater went out on us one night. But vacasa was quick to send a maintenance person out. They resolve the issue quickly.

Nice place

We had a very nice stay at this property. The listing calls it “elegant”… I wouldn’t really use that word to describe it… “cozy” seems a better fit. It has a very comfy cabin feel to it. Cute decor with vintage skis, sled, etc. Loved the 2 balconies that overlooked wooded area. My teenager loved the little room that had a small couch and tv. Located in good area… very close to Kings Beach, where there is grocery store and places to eat. Also, good location for skiing at Northstar. We actually skied at Palisades during our stay, but even that resort is not too far away.

Nice condo in Kings Beach Area

This King’s Beach townhome is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. There is no air conditioning, but it didn’t take long for the place to cool down in the evening. The deck overlooks a wooded area, and you can hear the creek that runs behind the property. The location is a five minute drive from shops and restaurants.

Tahoe Ski Condo

This is a great property close to ski resorts with lots of space for sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it was very clean. I highly recommend it.

Great location, lots of space

Excellent location close to Northstar, with hiking and snowshoeing trails accessible within walking distance. The condo has lots of space, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. We had a great stay.

Fourth of July week

My family stayed the week of the Fourth of July and it was great! We came from Reno so it was a short trip but SO worth it! The condo is just as described, lovely, quiet and the perfect spot for us to relax on a busy holiday week in Tahoe. Highly recommend this place!

Downstairs bathroom gets tons of heat blowing at high speed out of vent. Difficult to use toilet while heat is on. meanwhile upstairs is cool. Power went out twice during our stay for a total of about 12 hours. Drains are slow. Over all it was decent but the downstairs heater problem is really a pain in The a—. Oh and if you want the shower head to be taller than the top of your head you should be under 5’ 6 or so. The largest downstairs bedroom bed was very comfortable . Good luck. The view is good and it’s quiet. Next door neighbors were not there. Hi

Close to Northstar...all the basics are there

This place is “as advertised”. The bathrooms could use an update. Overall the kitchen also is older but has what you need to cook. The grill outside is great. Plenty of room for 6. Great tv and sound system.

Great place to stay!

Place had everything we needed (coffee maker, soap, shampoo, tv, etc). You only have to bring food! The place will have everything!! Location is close to Safeway, the lake, and parks. Area is quiet, clean, safe.

Lovely home in a great location.

We were very pleased with this condo in Kingswood. Location is good, just a short drive from Kings Beach and a 24-hour Safeway. The pool is lovely too. Rooms are comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

Our family had a great experience staying at the streamside condo during ski week. This was our second time staying here and our family loved it! The unit was clean, well maintained, and suited our family's needs quite well. We would definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends.

Good value and close to NorthStar

Place was clean, kitchen/dining/family room area on the main level was great for gathering around at breakfast and dinner / evening time. Sleeps 6 very comfortably and having 2 bathrooms was nice. The fireplace works well too (but you need to bring your own wood). The kitchen is a little small but has pretty much everything you need to prepare/eat meals (but you need to bring spices, salt/pepper, condiments, etc.). Overall was a nice place to stay for a snow weekend!
