Absolutely amazing stay

This was a great place to stay, super clean, spacious, and even better than the pictures! The host was amazing and very flexible, making everything smooth and stress-free. The place was spotless and had a great vibe. The photos and description honestly don’t do it justice. Highly recommend!

Great Place for our Family and Friends

We enjoyed our brief and short visit. Perfect instructions for checking in and out. The home is very well kept and well stocked with essential items. Very clean and warm over during our winter stay. Good quiet neighborhood too and very close to the Lake, Groceries, and Restaurants. Not a single complaint, we would choose this home again for future ventures into the Lake Tahoe area. Thank You.

Great Tahoe trip

This property was perfect spot for me and my friends to rest after a full snowboarding & skiing day at Tahoe lake! Location is perfect! There are a huge amount of cafes nearby + Safeway is 5 min driving away. Communication with host was very easy. Special thanks for all the details and recommendations!

One night stay for high school aged b-day

We went early February 2025 and had 9 total people. It’s close to several North Tahoe ski areas and also to King’s Beach area. The parking was enough to allow 1 car in the garage and two trucks in the drive way. Some of the sleeping was couch/pull out beds, which was not a problem for teenage kids. The place was clean and had plenty of the little stuff that mattered to me like plenty of soap/shampoo, paper towels, shower towels, extra sheets, and extra pillows. Cell reception was poor, but the WiFi worked fine. Also, the host was very quick to reply when I arrived and had a few questions. Overall the place was perfect for us!

Nice neighborhood home

This home is fairly large and relatively comfortable though somewhat dated. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms adequate but dated. Owner was responsive and check in a breeze. Just know, that although the neighbors were quiet, this home backs up to a noisy, busy highway. With no AC, sleeping with windows open to cool the house down at night was challenging to say the least.

North Tahoe in Winter

Great location - close to shops , beaches, & (water & snow) activities. The owner was very gracious and super fast in responding to all our questions. The house is in a nice/safe neighborhood. It is very well maintained and has all the things to make for a comfortable & cozy stay - TVs galore, large living (with seating for full family to watch movies), spacious kitchen and dining, 3 clean bedrooms (1 with bunk beds) and 3 baths with latest hardware, garage etc. There is one bed and bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms and baths upstairs. Clear instructions for checkin and check out. If I’ve to say anything negative it’ll be very hard. Only two things come to mind - a little slow wifi (not sure if it was temporary) and the master bedroom has a little road noise - for those light sleepers. Again, as I said, nothing major to stop you from having a great time. My big regret was we couldn’t stay longer. If we are in the neighborhood again, this will be our first choice. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay and making it memorable.

Great find! Just what we needed!

The property was great! We were in the Sparks, NV area for a huge extended family gathering for Christmas and took the opportunity, afterwards, to escape to Tahoe with our immediate family. Our eldest three are living on their own and far from us, so we treasure the opportunities to spend time with our grown kids. It was just what we needed for rest and relaxation after a fast-past, boisterous Christmas with nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, siblings and grandparents. We played games, enjoyed the fireplace, watched some College bowl games and did some sledding with the sleds provided. The location was perfect -- close to Safeway and the national park. The house is lovely. Photos don't do the kitchen/dining area justice. It is gleaming and the very well supplied! The kitchen had every pan and utensil you could possibly need -- electric griddle, blender, heavy Martha Stewart Dutch oven, pots and pans galore! They even supplied cute seasonal dinnerware and nutcracker baking pans! (We didn't use the baking pans, but it was cool that they had them.) Our family is artistic and we appreciated the eclectic display of artwork. We all seemed to sleep well and it was nice to have 3 showers with plenty of hot water. Irina was not only responsive, but proactive and flexible. We hope to be back some day and I wouldn't be surprised if our adult children come here with their own friends in the future!

Quick overnight trip

Love the layout of the property! Having the stairs overlooking the living room is great. Plenty of rooms to accommodate up to 6, there were 4 of us and very roomy! Lovely neighborhood right up the road from Safeway. Only thing is they didn’t have soap for showering, but were kind enough to provide shampoo/conditioner and plenty of towels. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tahoe Vista or north Lake Tahoe.

Convenient Short Stay

This property was perfect spot for us to rest after our travel day from the East Coast and spend one night until our large group property for our weeklong stay was ready the next day.

5 minutes from Paradise

Lovely home nestled in the pines with just a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space for a large family with all the appropriate amenities. Kids loved the video games! I understand AC probably isn’t practical but it got quite hot a few nights. Took hours to cool down. Perhaps some addition ceiling fans? I would also suggest some window treatments in the master bath for improved privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Thank you!

Location of this house is safe and excellent. Lots of restaurants, and the casinos at State Line, Nevada. Beaches and hiking are within walking distance. You will find Northstar within 5-10 min. Squaw Valley, Alpine, Homewood, and other ski resorts are near by. For the summer there are golf courses, and miniature golf. Many other entertainment and recreation options are an easy drive away or a walk out the door. Any time of the year, Lake Tahoe offers unlimited opportunities for excitement, relaxation and exploration. Come, spend some time and have fun.
