Agrangesud is a large, holiday home for all ages and consists of the four bedroom Farmhouse and the two bedroom Barn which are linked via their sitting rooms. This offers the perfect way of holidaying with friends or family and offers the most flexible holiday accommodation for our guests as they can all holiday together in one villa, but still enjoy their own space. The villa suits all ages and group sizes and each year we welcome couples as well as large family groups or group of friends.

The villa is very easy to reach including direct flights from all over the UK to Bergerac. Then a relaxed 20 minute drive to the villa.

​This beautiful farmhouse is located in a stunning area of south west France, in the Western Dordogne close to the pretty towns of Bergerac, Duras and Eymet. The location is perfect for golfers as it overlooks the fairways of Chateau Vigiers, voted the best golf hotel in France and very welcoming to holiday golfers. Guests at La Grange enjoy 25% reduced green fees and can hire golf trolleys, bags and clubs from the villa. Vigiers also has a Michelin Star restaurant as well as a brasserie.

THE FARMHOUSE

Ground Floor
Lavender Suite - French doors lead from this bedroom to the balcony with beautiful views. Guests in this bedroom suite love having their early morning coffee on the balcony which faces south and catches the early morning sun. This room also has a window overlooking the pool. The Lavender Suite has an en suite shower room with large walk in shower. The bedroom has a flat screen TV and a day sofa which can convert to a single bed, air conditioning and a super king oak framed bed.

Yellow Suite - leading from the dining room with a large en suite bathroom with traditional French bath and large walk in shower. There is a flat screen TV and super king bed which can also convert to 2 singles if required.

The Farmhouse First Floor
Rose Suite - lovely views overlooking the valley with an en suite shower, flat screen TV and day sofa which converts to single bed, air conditioning.

Green Suite - super views with an en suite shower room, flat screen TV, air conditioning and twin beds which can convert to a super king

THE BARN
Guests enter The Barn from The Farmhouse sitting room via oak door and into the open plan sitting room, kitchen/dining area.

The Barn Ground Floor
This is a beautiful open plan space with a sitting area around the television with oak side tables, a dining area with glass Italian tables and chairs and a large kitchen. The kitchen has a Rangemaster stove, granite work tops and pretty views down the little lane. A travertine cloakroom leads from the sitting area with a toilet, sink and shower.

The Barn First Floor
2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

Master Bedroom
2 large velux windows and guests love to watch the incredible night sky from the comfort of the super king bed as well as the air conditioning.

Twin Bedroom

These share a bathroom with a large Sottini double ended bath

All 6 bedrooms have hairdryers, high quality mattresses.
Each guest is provided with a pool towel and 2 bathroom towels.
All wardrobes have a good selection of hangers for both shirts, dresses and trousers

GROUNDS
Enjoy the heated pool with great views. It has a retractable cover operated in under 8 seconds, guests can enjoy warm swimming from Easter until the beginning of November. The pool terrace has lots of sun loungers and large sun shades. There is also a covered dining area with a large Kettler table and plenty of chairs for all guests with comfortable chair pads. This dining area is very close to the kitchen for convenience when enjoying outdoor dining. The Weber gas and charcoal BBQs are also stored here and we provide all BBQ cooking equipment. The pool is kept pristine by our pool man who visits twice a week.

The gardens extend to two acres with lots of room for guests to have space to enjoy ball games as well as being able to find a quiet space for relaxation.

The Upper Garden extends to one acre and is on the same level as the villa and the pool area. This garden has woodland bordering the grounds on one side and at the far end table and chairs for watching the golfers and the donkeys in the next field. The super size trampoline with enclosure and steps is also here as well as the bike store and Little Tikes play area.

The Lower Garden leads down wide steps from the pool area. Another way of reaching it our guests tell us, is that they enjoy walking down the little lane and then down a grassy track to this beautiful garden area. Guests can enjoy the luxury hammocks as well as a game of table tennis here. There is also a Kettler table and chairs around an ancient well. The lower garden lies alongside the golf fairways and is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the views down the valley with a sundowner.

The Barn has a beautiful decked area leading from the sitting room. There are fantastic views from the Barn and the Barn terrace. This lovely deck has a large Jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and relaxing Day Bed. As explained in the Hot Tub detail the Hot tub is free when booked during school holidays or for holidays of more than 2 weeks. For other weeks there is a weekly £250 charge if our guests would like to use it.

The Farmhouse has a large travertine balcony leading from the sitting room with a large dining table and chairs, as well as a small coffee table and chairs and a swing seat. This balcony has glass balastrades for making the most of the beautiful views.

INFANTS AND TODDLERS
No need to bring anything with you, we can provide everything you need and do not charge for anything. Please ask Tracey for the infant list if required. Our younger guests can also enjoy a Little Tikes Play Area, see saw, sand pit, and lots of toys, DVDs and books! We can also advise on family friendly restaurants and wine tasting.

CYCLING AND HIKING
The extensive network of quiet single track lanes surrounding the villa ensures fantastic cycling and walking. A range of bikes are provided for all ages, as well as helmets and water bottles.

Tracey the owner offers a complimentary concierge holiday service for assistance and booking for wine tasting, golf, restaurants, day trips, taxis, beauty treatments, yoga, and indeed can help with every aspect of your holiday planning for a stress free experience.

We believe we are different to other villa owners as we are continually investing in both the villa and the grounds to ensure our guests receive their best possible holiday experience. If there is something that you would like for your holiday that we do not have, please just ask and we will endeavour to purchase it.

We have also invested in our complimentary Concierge Service, which is very much appreciated by our guests as it strives to ensure they enjoy a stress free holiday. We have developed strong links with local business since we began and the Concierge Service is continually developing.

Many of our guests return for many more holidays, either on their own, with friends or with their expanding families. This has naturally developed with requests for us to arrange special occasion events during a holiday or even Special Occasion Holidays.
