View was awesome ! House was clean but needs some touch up painting on inside. Was a little pricey but overall a good experience. 4 out of 5 stars.

Had a great time with my family. For anyone with mobility issues, be aware there are stairs! Plus the walk to the beach, even though a short distance, has that sugary sand that can be hard to walk in. A few items left outside from previous guests, but nothing to cause any issues. Communication was easy and my questions answered promptly! Very roomy and comfortable. The beach was away from big crowds and clean. Love the Gulf. Would stay here again.

The home was clean on arrival. The owners stayed next door during our stay and made sure we didn’t need anything. Our Coastal view representative stayed in touch throughout our visit as well. The view was AMAZING! The home is directly on the beach and just a short walk to the pool. We will definitely book this home again!

Smelly & Dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super cheap (cost effective) but not what we expected as a base level experience. House smelled horrible like wet cat. Fridge smelled horrible and made all of our food smell. Filthy kitchen with old food all over the place, and in general just poor experience. We had to go to wal-mart to buy some air fresheners to make the house smell manageable. It's clear that this house is owned by a family with very limited involvement, and managed entirely by a rental company. We were happy to be leaving and simply getting out of there. If it wasn't beach-front we would have left day-1 and simply stayed elsewhere.

Great location with beautiful views. The showers were moldy and sandy. Some of the dishes were dirty and the kitchen drawers/cabinets needed cleaning. My kids found old food and dishes in a bedroom drawer. The property manager was very friendly and offered to send a cleaning person out. The beachfront location is fantastic but it needs some cleaning inside and outside.

We will 100% book this home again . The house was spectacular in itself , but fact that the house sits directly on a private , clean beach was the best part . Did I mention how wonderful the heated pool was for the smaller children on the days that the natural ocean waves were a little too much for them ? The food and entertainment were a quick easy few minutes away and yes even Walmart grocery delivery is available . No need for packing extra supplies when they are just as easily available once you arrive . This place is one that deserves much more than 5 stars !

The property is worn . (Baseboards, cabinets, downstairs showers) probably what you might expect in a costal property. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds comfortable and what you’re really paying for here is location location location. This is spot on and worth the stay. Steps from non crowed beach. The deck is fantastic to sit on and enjoy your view and relax. The location did not disappoint! Great for a large family or two families. Definitely would go back:

Location is amazing. Beds very comfy, decorate soothing. A balcony off the top floor master, lovely for late night star gazing or early morning sunrises. Loved having a private balcony. In terms of location to the beach…you couldn’t get better! However, the house needs a little love. Furniture is dated and because it is a dog friendly home, they need to invest in pieces that will wear better over time. Window seals are broken so most of them are covered with fog from the humidity. Some blinds work, some don’t. AC works well in most of the house, but much warmer in a few of the rooms. The master bedroom bathroom needs new hardware in the shower. It was a guessing game on temperature once you got in. This is the first time we stayed in the Ft Morgan area and it was a little far back into town. We talked to other vacationers who love the area. The best thing about the house is definitely proximity to the beach.
