We were very happy in this tastefully furnished apartment. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as Kings Park was a stones throw away and yet it was just a short walk to downtown Perth.
Great apartment that got everything you need for a couple of days. It was clean and the communication worked perfectly. We'll connected to the city with several busses and CBD within walking distance.
Can highly recommend
Overall we are happy with our stay at the unit. It is located central to Perth city, a walkable distance to most amenities. We were however not made aware of the cycling event that was held in perth on our first weekend. As we had activities planned for the Saturday and Sunday that was a fair distance away, we needed to drive there. It didn’t seem like the event have started yet, so we moved the barrier and drove to the closest exit point, only to be stopped by an official that took our details, stating that we will be receiving an infringement notice. It was not a great start to our holiday. Our Sunday plans went out the window and the monies we paid for that activity could not be refunded as it was a late cancellation. There was no answer on the contact number we were given either.
Very well located studio apartment- does have everything you need, but is quite small and a little worn and not particularly clean. Easy access to Kings Park and CBD.

Hello Alison,
Thankyou for reviewing us. I am disappointed to see that you have written that the apartment is worn and not clean?? This apartment has been fully renovated so I am not sure why you have mentioned that. And if there was any cleanliness issues I wish you had of reported this to us during your stay so that we could rectify the issue, rather than just mentioning it after the fact. We take pride in what we do so I was disappointed to hear this.
Kind Regards,
Sharon
Kings Park is the jewel in the crown for Perth. The unit, while small, was very well renovated and nicely furnished and fitted out. And an excellent location for anyone wanting access to Kings Park and the city.
