We chose Mounts Bay Village for its unbeatable blend of city convenience and natural beauty. Tucked between the Swan River and Kings Park, it feels peaceful and leafy—like a hidden pocket of calm right on the edge of Perth’s CBD.
What we love most is being able to step out and walk to so many of Perth’s highlights. Whether it's a family picnic in Kings Park, a riverside stroll to Elizabeth Quay, or a quick coffee run into the city—everything is nearby, but without the hustle and noise of the inner city.
It’s a safe, quiet area that still gives you easy access to public transport, restaurants, attractions, and nature—perfect for families who want to explore Perth at their own pace.
