The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put used linens/towels on the floor in the living room or laundry hallway.
Please double check that the dishwasher is running before you leave.
Please take out trash, and if you are checking out on a Monday please take cans down to the road for collection Tuesday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking/Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property. A $1000 fine will be charged for smoking.
Garage Access: There is No Garage access at this time.
Drugs/Alcohol: No illegal drugs or underage drinking. Violations will result in cancellation without refund, and law enforcement will be notified.
