Sound Serenity Townhouse, 3 decks, seconds to sand! Park your boat.

Fabulous, fun, place to make memories with your family or friends. Step on to the sidewalk, and stroll to the waters edge. The close convenience makes it easy to run back to the house by 35 steps or so to get anything you may have forgotten. Enjoy the waters edge with your favorite drink and a chair, easily refilled at the home just at the top of the walk. Wash off the sugar-white sand in the outdoor shower. Comfortable sleeping for family or friends just catching up.
Favorite things to do is shelling or biking. So close to the national reserve, so that you can view wildlife at its finest. Turtle rescue and pier to visit and see all of the amazing sea life, you will be in awe of what you will discover.
Views from the outside decks are breath taking, and picture perfect. Especially fun to download star app and explore the stars from the top gazing deck.

Lovely couple with family. We sincerely appreciate any time that our guests let us know we have a problem. We try to respond quickly, so as not to cause any inconvenience. They did enjoy the close proximity of the home to everything. Literally you can park your car in the driveway and just enjoy fun at the beaches. So much to choose from, and the most gourgeous place to spend time with friends and family or just away time. The pier never disappoints. October was the fish rodeo and we hope many children caught their first fish and will return for many more catches. We would be honored to have them come and be our guests again.

1st trip bliss

Our 1st trip to Navarre and it was great. The house was clean and welcoming. There was a good number of beach items and good amount of all household items. Being super close to the Sound was a big plus for us!

So happy that this vacationer enjoyed their first stay at Navarre I am sure others will too. This townhome is in just a perfect location. When the Gulf is to rough you get the protection of the Sound and can enjoy the white, sugar, sand beach just 45 seconds from our back stairs. That is right, just 45 seconcds. Glad, that they were able to put to use some of our beach items. We try to leave a few that we think you will really enjoy. Some seating is provided for use at the beach along with umbrellas and an ice chest. As long as our house rules are followed and we can continue to supply some items to enjoy at the beach, we can all be happy. Hope you were able to get some great pictures of Navarre, that you were able to visit the pier and made some lasting memories. We would love to see you again.

This visitor took very good care of our home. We are so glad they enjoyed the location as much as we do. It just seems to be in the perfect location. Fishing, beaching, shelling, exploring national park land, visiting the turtle refuge, walking to pier and restaurants. Great guests! We hope to see them again. Thank you for the nice review, so glad you enjoyed yourself we try so hard to provide you with a place to relax and enjoy. You don't need to spend your time shopping for sundries, that most don't pack in their suitcase. We provide you with full laundry (soap too), toilet paper, paper towels (if you choose to use), microfiber cloths, which help us to lessen our footprint on the environment. Outdoor shower for rinsing off that sugar white sand. Glad you enjoyed this home with your friends and you were able to spend time together. Navarre Beach is just a splended piece of paradise, so glad you were able to share in the adventure. We would love to see pictures if you care to share.

Crystal is a great host. Her hospitality was over the top! She thought of everything to make this stay amazing and very convenient. Loved it

We loved the property and hope to book again. Contact was always handled promptly by management when we had questions before the trip. No issues at all and it is a beautiful home. Sound is just off the back porch.

Property was perfect for our 8 person family.... each couple was able to have their own space.... plus the 3 separate decks to relax or work on your tan. You literally only need your personal items and food to have a great time at this property....beach chairs,beach towels, toys, umbrellas and even a cooler make for a perfect beach day...restaurants are very plentiful in the area.... but with the appliances, gas grill and any cookware u can think of, preparing meals daily is a great option as well...u will not be disappointed if u choose this property!!!!!

Great place close to ocean and Bay!

Everything you see in the pictures is accurate. The ocean was a close walk and the water at the bay beach was a great little piece of relaxation. Crystal the owner was on key with any questions I had Excellent host. The kitchen was well established with many pots and pans almost everything you need for cooking. She even had beach towels as well as beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon. We only used the chairs but it saved us a little money. Crystal is a great host. Hopefully we can return next year.

#1 Best Navarre Beach Vacay!!!

We had the absolute VERY BEST time at this property! Our host was easy & quick to get ahold of. They had a beach closet 4 extra supplies you may have forgotten. Super clean townhouse, quiet neighborhood, & plenty of room***We had a teenager, 4 & 6 yr old, & 1 yr old with us~they're are stairs to the rooms, so with little ones be sure to bring a baby gate (so glad we remembered). I'll have to say it was the most RELAXING beach stay I've ever had🌊🐚🏖️‼️‼️

We are so glad these folks were appreciative of our home. We think that it is quite a nice place to stay, with the best of both bodies of water within walking distance. It sounds like they were able to use some of the items from the beach closet, so glad. We have plans for stair gate, but were not sure how to do it since there is no wall on the rail side. We will discuss and see what we can provide. We hope that you will be able to come to our quaint island and enjoy some relaxation with sugar white sand and warm water, again. Safe travels home and in the future.

Will return!

This place is in the perfect location! It is just steps to the sound which was very calm and we had it mostly to ourselves. The beach on the gulf side was a bit further but was less than a 10 minute walk. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some! We had a small issue but Crystal was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely return!

Perfect!

This was a perfect place for my little family! The house was clean and very accommodating. Plenty of space for us all. Loved eating supper on the deck with a view of the ocean. Kids loved going to the little beach on the bay side. We also loved how the gulf side of the beach was only a short 2-3 minutes away! It has the most beautiful white sand! The owners of the condo we very helpful from time of booking to time of check-out and were quick to respond if we had any questions or issues! I would recommend this condo!

Coming Home!

The property was in a quiet cul-de-saq, right on the Bay of Navarre Beach. It was only a 2-block walk to the ocean side. Anything you could think of that you might need while on vacation at the beach was provided. The kitchen dining area is so large it is enviable!! We were quite happy there and enjoyed it very much. Be aware there are outside stairs to get to the front entrance and another flight of stairs to the bedrooms. Not a problem for those young at heart and in good health. It gets an A+ driving for accessibility and privacy.

Such nice guests. So glad they enjoyed themselves. We did try to think of everything. We are glad to add things that might be needed, we just cannot think of anything more you might need. Yes there are stairs, the house is 3 stories, garage on the bottom. Next story is main living area and third is bedrooms. Still so lovely to sit on the decks and watch the sunsets or thunder storms, both beautiful. Not sure if you can see the Blue Angels when you are out on the moon deck or not. It is worth a shot.
