ヴィラフェベアは、もともとは枢機卿とビショップのための隠れ家であった1700年代にまでさかのぼる歴史的な住居であり、それはリラクゼーションと瞑想のための完璧な場所であり続けています。ここもまた、まだ奉献されている財産上の1800年代からの美しい教会のままです。

This was the perfect place for hosting a large group. It has lots of space so people in your party can have some down time. It is a rural setting so having a vehicle is a good idea. The host and the manager were very helpful with any questions or requests we had.

Everything and more. Great time with 18 family members. House manager Alice was extremely helpful arranging activities. Chef services (breakfasts and dinners) were fantastic. Everyone loved the food. Enjoyed wine cellar and hot tub. Didn’t use pool due to cold weather. Sleeping rooms were all as described and are all en suite. Would absolutely return and would highly recommend this villa.

We needed a villa with 11 rooms and 11 bathrooms and this was just PERFECT! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and LOVED the scenery and the wine cellar that came with it. The breakfast spread was good and very convenient and the traditional dinner was very nice as well. We loved the big kitchen and the dining areas. We would have enjoyed the outdoor tables if the weather was warmer. Several of us enjoyed the private chapel as well.

We’ve just returned from the most unforgettable family holiday in Tuscany, spanning three generations, including a 2-year-old & 5-year-old, and this villa was absolute perfection.From start to finish, everything was seamless. The villa itself is stunning – spacious, beautifully maintained, and nestled in the most peaceful setting. The grounds are immaculate, offering plenty of space for both relaxation and play, and the pool and outdoor areas became the heart of our stay.A heartfelt thank you to Jacopo, our exceptional host, and Alice, the incredible villa concierge. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism went above and beyond. Jacopo should honestly teach a master class in vacation rental hosting – not a single need was left unattended, and every question or request was met with genuine care and efficiency.The Welcome Dinner was a true highlight – delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to kick off our stay together. Incredibly special.Though the property is delightfully remote (adding to its charm and tranquility), transportation was completely hassle-free and reasonably priced. The drivers arranged for us were punctual, friendly, and made exploring the region an absolute joy.This villa gave us the rare gift of time together in a setting that was as comfortable as it was breathtaking. Special Birthday gathering

Three close family's gathering for a special birthday celebration in a beautiful place. The villa was fabulous, spacious, comfortable, with everything we needed, including a beautiful pool and patio dining area. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful.We visited Pisa, Siena, Florence and lots of beautiful places within driving distance.A really lovely special holiday, in a beautiful villa.

We had a luxurious time with friends and family for my wife's birthday. Local restaurants were great even in winter . Parking in Chiusi can be interesting. A memorable stay for all the right reasons

Blissful retreat

Our group of 15 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication prior to and during the visit was excellent. The villa is stunning and HUGE and the grounds are magnificent. One day of our trip was spent just relaxing on the property and it was precious time well spent.

Stunning villa in a great location

It's hard to imagine what could have been better. The villa is stunning. On a hilltop will amazing views. Well appointed and with 12 rooms, all with ensuites. A large kitchen and dining space and loads more outside space than the pictures really show. Morning coffee on the lower sun terrace, the afternoon spent by the pool, the evening in the jacuzzi, and then wine (SO MUCH WINE) from the provided supplies to talk as the night grew around us. Not to mention the small gym, or table tennis. There were 24 of us and we were never on top of each other, with those preferring a quieter space able to find it and those who want to be together also having ample space. Communication before and during the trip was perfect. Alice was personable and had good ideas, and provided a great experience throughout. We took advantage of several services: arrival drinks, a traditional meal, pizza night, a vineyard tour. All very easy The location is just outside Chiusi, just 30 mins from Orvietto or Montepulciano, 10 mins from Cetano, and maybe an hour from Perugia and Florence. Just perfect for exploring this wonderful part of Italy. We are already missing it, and would love to go back one day.

DREAM VACATION

For my 50th birthday 18 of my family and friends joined me on this dream vacation. None of this would even be possible without our incredible hostess Alice. She arranged meals, pasta classes, pottery tours, wine tasting, Assisi, Montepulciano, Florence, Cinque de Terre I could honestly go on and on. The drivers of our tour vans were friendly, on time, and stopped for any of our needs. Natasha made sure we were on time and shared some of her secret amazing locations with us. Jacopo was attentive, kept our wine stocked and was there in minutes if we had ANY issues or questions. As far as the villa. There truly are no words good enough to explain what it was like. More beautiful than the pictures, the views were breathtaking and when you take a walk around the property it’s like you are in a fairytale. Every turn is a picturesque moment. The villa was the perfect combination of historical beauty and modern convenience. Each room has its own bathroom, which is important when you have this big of a group. There were also options including jacuzzi, pool, gym, sauna, breakfast daily etc. Alice is so helpful and will calm any nerves you may have about your trip. It was seamless from the airport pick up to the airport drop off. We were nervous about renting something sight unseen but trusted all the great reviews. I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed. Our experience was truly a once in a lifetime (until we go back LOL!)

An Epic Tuscan Stay

From the moment you arrive at the gates at the bottom of the driveway and cruise to the top, there is nothing but wow factor everywhere. The villa is stunning, the views are amazing, every conceivable feature is taken care of. Whilst the Villa is a short drive out of town, having a car will allow you to stock up on all the necessities to make your stay EPIC. We had 12 people enjoy every minute of our experience at Villa Febea. From the first time we walked through the front doors and saw the features and the rooms everyone stood eyes wide jaws open in amazement. It was a dream come true to celebrate my birthday in this way and at this villa. The dinners we had prepared on site by the staff were amazing, the pizzas were extraordinary, the property and grounds are immaculate, such a wonderful adventure. Thank you Alice for looking after us, as tour guide and general superstar. Thank you Sabrina for the superb breakfasts and fantastic coffee's every morning and thank you to Alfie for the nightly visits. A Huge Thank You goes to Jacopo for creating such a beautiful place to enjoy our Tuscan Holiday.

The Perfect Birthday

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Villa Febea. My family was there celebrating my mother's 70th birthday and this property was the perfect home base for everything we wanted to do. During the day, we explored towns all over Tuscany. At night, we had a beautiful time on the grounds. We did the happy hour and cooking class, both were absolutely wonderful. We LOVED how convenient everything was to the villa. The grocery store, restaurants, and Chiusi were just minutes away. The wine on the property is delicious and super convenient. Alice was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Everything was a 10 out of 10. Thank you for a memory that will last a lifetime!

La Dolce Vita

Our expectations were high... but fully met. A beautiful villa, in wonderful grounds, with spectacular views of the immediate area, and easy access to so many amazing and quintessentially Tuscan towns. Very good on-site facilities (large pool, gym, etc). Large bedrooms, and spacious living areas. There were 20 of us, and we never got under each other's feet. The downstairs room was ideal for our wheelchair user. Some of our group visited the church within the grounds of the villa on the Sunday morning. We had (and were happy with) breakfasts each day, the welcome meal, and the traditional dinner. Having the friendly and helpful Alice nearby was a bonus. Enchanting, healing, ... bordering on magical.

Amazing stay perfect for all ages

We had a wonderful 80th birthday celebration for my mom and everyone in our group aged 8 to 80 had a wonderful time. Alice, the property manager made us feel so welcome and made everything very easy for us. From restaurant recommendations to organizing meals at the house she truly went above and beyond. The home is even more beautiful than in the pictures and is perfectly located.

Fabulous venue for family reunion

The villa was amazing. There were 14 of us ranging in age from 82 to 10 from New Zealand, Canada & London and there was plenty of room to spend time together as a group or have alone time. The pool and table tennis table was used frequently by all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our welcome dinner and the traditional Tuscan dinner that was cooked for us at the villa and the pizza night was a hit also. We had a great experience truffle hunting - this was something that none of us had seen before and the meal afterwards was delicious. Alice was an amazing hostess and tour guide when we went on a wine & cheese tasting tour to Montepulchiano. Thank you so much for everything.

Countryside Charm

Our family of 11 stayed at the villa in early June. The owner and manager of the property were available and very helpful. The Villa was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the pool. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. Grocery and small shopping mall very close. Easy access to the towns in Tuscany. Highly recommended!

Greatest Family Vacation of All Time!

First, I would like to thank Alice so much, who hosted us all week with a magnificent breakfast every morning with great conversation, Beatles and help with travel and tour advice and recommendations. She even made some reservations for us at restaurants and a cheese farm and wineries!! We had an incredible vacation at this villa. It is exactly as described and more beautiful in person. The architectural details and the cleanliness of the villa and the grounds were stunning! Jacopo really did an incredible job restoring this villa and updating all of the bathrooms and rooms. Every bathroom was beautiful, new and clean with excellent water pressures and heat and so much space! The views from the villa over the hilly Tuscan countryside were breathtaking! The grounds themselves around the villa with the olive orchards and wooded trails and then of course the pool and whirlpool were all immaculate, picturesque and gorgeous. I know I am ranting on, but it was so much better than we expected, and we went in with high expectations. Also, having the villa stocked with 50-100 bottles of fantastic Tuscan white, rose and red wines was also a great treat! We all drank plenty. We also did the welcome dinner and cooking class with Alice and her chef. I'm sorry but I can't remember her name. But all of the food was delicious and so much fun to eat on that enormous dining room table. Driving around Tuscany and then taking the train for day trips into Florence and Rome was easy

Amazing Experience

Our family stayed at the villa for a week. 20 of us, young kids, young adults, all the way to grandparents and great grandparents. We had an amazing time. The property is stunning, spacious, ideally located. Couldn't have asked for anything better. AND the team that works there is world class. I booked this villa because from the first email I sent, before I even booked, the team went above and beyond to help my family and I in our planning. They were so available to help throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend the daily breakfast spread that the staff can do for you. Makes life so easy! And we loved the heated pool and hot tub! I can't say enough great things about the property or the team. I hope to return one day!!

Perfect Villa for our family vacation

Three generations of our family spent two weeks at this beautiful villa, and it was a very special vacation. The villa, grounds and pool are maintained in perfect condition - just the right combination of old-world charm with modern conveniences. The kids loved the pool, and the adults very much enjoyed the cocktail hour in the beautiful grounds by the pool at the end of the day. We love to cook, as a family, and found everything we needed to prepare meals in the huge kitchen. We also had several dinners prepared by the staff - the welcome and traditional Tuscan dinners were delicious, the food plentiful - more than enough for some big appetites. But the highlight of our time at the villa was the daily breakfast prepared by Alice - a large selection of breakfast foods and several daily surprise specials at a very reasonable price. As good as the food was, the real treat was spending time with Alice every morning - a fascinating person who served as our unofficial tour guide, concierge, resident expert in all things Italian - providing valuable tips on each day’s planned excursions. She even helped direct one of our group to the villa on the phone - please heed her advice to use Google maps for driving directions - car GPS and Apple maps were not as accurate. Alice arranged a winery tour and lunch in Montepulciano and it is not to be missed - a memorable day. You will not be disappointed in any way by staying at this villa - enjoy - and give Alice our best.

Great Villa for Big Group

We had a group of 11 adults stay for a week earlier this month. The villa was very clean, close to the highway, and plenty of space for all of your guests. The villa has a nice washer and dryer to use. There is delicious and reasonably priced wine. If you want to use the pool opt to have it heated. Bathrooms are all updated and the water pressure is excellent. Instead of shopping and cooking ourselves we opted to have our meals cooked by the villa staff. The food and service was always great. Alice, the villa coordinator set up all of our tours. We visited wineries, Tuscan towns, and a wonderful sheep farm cheese tour. She also arranged our airport/ Train pickups and drop offs. If you want an easy carefree trip to Tuscany this is your place. I think for everything the Villa staff provided the prices were reasonable . Our group had a great time. Cant wait to go back.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Jacopo Baiocco, I'm 32 and I've been renting my villas for over a decade.

After I became a father at age 20 I decided to leave my job as a bartender and throw myself in this new adventure. At the beginning it was certainly hard, as I was trying to rent my properties through agencies, but in 2009 I decided to try a more personal approach and started working with HomeAway.
Thanks to my guests word of mouth my villas are always full of new clients and, as I'd like to consider, friends.

After two years of hard work I'm happy to announce that our brand new Villa Febea is available for rent. I cured every aspect and detail of its restoration and I hope you love it just as much I do.

As always, I check every property before my guests arrival, and you could easily find me serving you breakfast or cooking you dinner during your stay.
My carefully selected staff and I are always available for our guests.
