Ce condo moderne King Size situé à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Santiago, situé au centre avec 24 heures de sécurité. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter de vacances exceptionnelles à Santiago DR. Vous profiterez de l'accès à 3 piscines, à une salle de sport, à une zone de loisirs, à un parc pour enfants et à un terrain de basket.
Toutes les chambres ont été équipées d'ampoules multicolores compatibles WI-FI (16 000+ couleurs) que vous pouvez contrôler avec votre téléphone intelligent. Notre connexion Internet a des vitesses de 30 Mo / s pour nos clients. Vous aurez accès à 2 balcons dont un avec vue sur 2 des 3 piscines du complexe. Quiet and close to everything in the city

I thought the place was as described in the description of the property. The place was comfortable and spacious. My family and myself didn’t have any issues while staying in the property. Great location and is very close to all the places to visit while in Santiago.

Santiago stay

Apartment is exactly as listed. Air conditioner in room is excellent but kitchen and living room are very warm with no air. Apartment was very clean and a wonderful quiet place!

Thanks for taking time out to express your experience with us. This property has a double balcony (1 in the dining room & 1 in the living room) if you open both windows the air circulates pretty well. Due to this we don't install Air Conditioners in the living room. We also want to keep cost down to our guest since electricity consumption is very high in the Dominican Republic. All three bedrooms are equipped with excellent air Conditioners. We look forward to hosting you and your family in the near future.

Beautiful and clean apartment

We ended up going to a different apartment because of something going on with the booked one. Pedro made sure everything was ready and made the process easy for us. The place had 24/7 security, in a nice area.

Nice place for the price

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star because I’m used to more luxurious stay in the past. But overall it is nice place and clean for the price. AC works great. Here are my recommendations for improvement. The sofa is very uncomfortable. No batteries for the remote control for the TV but I don’t watch tv so I didn’t bother to contact the host. No tv in the living room , so a tv would be a nice . No soap in the bathrooms. 2 Pillows in the master bedroom was too hard. And the master bathroom door couldn’t close all the way for privacy. No remote for the gate to enter the parking lot so I had to park my car on the street.

This guest never stood in my property. I honored two date changes that this guest made at no additional charge to the guest. He never arrived to the property and wanted a third date change without making an additional reservation I explained to him that unfortunately I was not able to honor any additional changes. True Paradise!

Pedro, your 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is awesome! It has a Beautiful view from the back balcony to the glamorous pool area. All rooms are very spacious, especially the King master bedroom with its personal bathroom. Beautiful furniture decor throughout the apartment with a spacious kitchen. It’s close to the center of the city of Santiago. It has a guarded entrance to the apartment complex and a gated entrance to the apartment building... a very safe area. Pedro was always at my disposal when I had a question, and if he was not available he would have someone call me to address any questions or concerns. I will definitely stay at your place when I return to the country Pedro, thank you for your hospitality! Yvette from Florida

Great Area

I can not give this place or owner less than five stars as he was exceptional and his place were very clean and top notch. This is priority numero UNO for me. Mostly this is base on my interaction with Pedro. He is truly a professional who ensures your satisfaction is first and paramount. He always follow up on his promises to ensure you, the renter is completely satisfied. He has numerous properties in the area and trust me, all are top notched. I have seen several and the photos of others for my future trips. I am planning on doing business with him again. In fact, I have already referred him to numerous of my friends because of his professionalism when dealing with me first hand. I am well pleased with the area and my interaction with this owner. Nice, clean, secure.

Stayed in Santiago, DR at this property for four days. Once we located the property we found it to be within a gated community within a gated development. The apartment is set up with the basic needs and is kept clean and up to date. The owner, Pedro, is more than accommodating with staying in touch and answering any questions.

Amazing experience

I stood here for my brother's wedding, apartment was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped. The pool was clean and huge. My kids loved it. Location is very accessible, many stores that deliver and it has 24 hour security. The owner was always checking in and available. He was super nice. I am extremely pleased and will rent this place for my next visit. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Is a great place to stay, secure, place is clean, A/C In bedrooms, wifi, a pool next to the apartment, the only thing the apartment needs is a coffee maker, other than that the place is great. the owner pedro stays in contact with you all the time to make sure everything is going good. I saw on the review you expressed concern about the coffee maker there is one in the cabinets you might of missed it. Its one of the traditional ones and not an electric one.
