Hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. The place was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Being within walking distance of the plaza, with plenty of shops and restaurants, made everything super convenient.

Great place, super clean comfortable and great location! The apartment provides everything, also has a nice balcony view. The host is super friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Super clean and comfortable apartment in Palmas Del Mar. Communication with the host is excellent. Would respond within minutes if we had any questions or issues. The property is well located with walking distance to restaurants, shopping center and a couple minutes walk to the beach. We had a great stay!

Cristina-Host was so great, worked with our schedule and easy to contact and available. Enjoyed the balcony and separate dark bedroom in the morning. Have three different options for coffee-drip, French press or moka pot-loved that!

The apartment was small but overall comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, the balcony was really nice, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the beach towels provided, and communication with the host was excellent.There are a few areas that could be improved. It would be helpful to provide basic bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. This was the first time we have stayed at a rental that did not provide these essentials. A bath mat outside the shower and an iron would also be useful.Clearer instructions for accessing the apartment would be helpful as well. The parking is located across the complex, and getting from the parking area to the apartment can be somewhat confusing, with several steps and a maze-like layout. Because of this, it was challenging to bring our luggage to the apartment and may not be the most suitable arrangement for senior citizens.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s excellent communication, but addressing these small details would make the experience more convenient and comfortable for future guests.

The apartment has a very bad smell going upstairs every day. The way up was uncomfortable too many steps. Restaurant super expensive!!!!! ( compared with the quality of plate). The host was easy accessible. Not pet friendly but every neighborhood has one. As a matter of fact there was a cat always in the balcony. Not many variables stores there. The parking is far away from the apartment, making the load and unload process very difficult. In overall it was too much for the room. The only thing we like about it was the A/C., the close to the beach.

Parking lot is not close to the apartment… we found several cockroaches. There is a restaurant in the lower level and the noise sometimes it is too much… first day we have problems with the opening the gates… it took so around 30 minutes to resolve the issues…

We really enjoyed our stay at Palma de Mar; we went for morning walks every day, the parking area was very secure, and there were shops nearby where we could buy what we needed on foot. We were able to have breakfast out on the balcony. We stayed for six nights, but on the last day, we found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor. This shows that they are fumigating to kill this type of insect.

The owner never left the keys or replied to the calls , Me and my wife were stranded all night in a place we didn’t know, we never were able to check inn and stayed in the car until we were able to book another place.
