THE SPACE: This newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is located one mile west of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. We have everything you need for your family of six to make lasting memories at the beach. You can relax and prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. You have both a coffee maker and Keurig, full size washer/dryer, and a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a flat screen smart TV with cable for you to enjoy. WIFI is free. The bedroom has two queen size beds. 1 parking spot located directly under the condo. If you have another vehicle, you must park in the overflow parking area.

THE PROPERTY: The Cove is a low-density complex one block from the beach with amenities that include a wonderful, elevated pool and deck area with loungers, outdoor shower located nearby, and a private pier and small boat launch to Little Lagoon (small boats only) for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or jet skiing. Outdoor grills and picnic areas are provided on a first come, first serve basis along with a gazebo next to the boat launch area. You can remove all the sand from the beach at the outdoor shower provided on the ground floor of building B. There is an overflow parking lot directly across from this unit which is subject to availability. THE BEACH (that's why you are here, right?) is only a quick six-minute walk away. With sidewalks and a crosswalk, you can access the beautiful beach at the 6th Street Public Beach Access on West Beach. At this location, there is a boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower and a handicapped-accessible restroom. Trash cans are also provided.

THE AREA: Conveniently located next door, you can walk to Pier 33 for groceries. You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Whatever your choice of entertainment, The Cove is sure to be a winner with the family!
