The Sea Grape Inn is a boutique-style resort complex, with 8 beautiful condos located beachside, on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, on Longboat Key. A perfect beach getaway!

BEACH VIEW Condo- 1st Floor of Beach Front Property, 2 BDRMS/2 BATH, Sleeps 4: 1-King Bed, 1-Queen.

A first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that offers a view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico from the living area and the screened lanai which includes teak furniture. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and the guest bedroom offers a queen bed which has proven to be perfect for two couples with two larger beds and each having a private full bath.

Both baths have been upgraded with new vanities, tile and toilets. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite counter tops, newer sink and appliances. Tiled throughout and boast a tropical theme with Tommy Bahama furnishings. With the many paintings, sculpture and artistic touches that the owners have collected from throughout the world, this condo is truly an art lovers delight at the beach!

The Following *Required Fees are included in the total cost.
*Required $150 Departure Cleaning Fee.

*Required Conservation Fee of $10 per night will be charged due to Longboat Key Ordinances to protect Turtles.

*Required Damage/liability insurance fee $70 is mandatory and will cover any damages or missing items in the guest rental unit or property, as needed. This damage/liability enables The Sea Grape Inn to rent to guests without requiring a refundable damage deposit.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee.

~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (less any booking fees). Original reservation pricing is not guaranteed. Guest will be required to pay the difference if there is a price increase for new booking dates.

~Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, No Refund Or Booking Credit will be provided.

Perfect quite getaway.

This condo was amazing. Perfect beach location for a quiet getaway in June. Condo had everything we needed, including a wonderful shaded picnic area with grill and picnic tables. It has it's own private beach area with plenty of chairs.

Great Family Vacation Escape

Absolutely loved it here. It has to be one of the most beautiful beaches with the most amazing sunsets we have ever seen. Very quiet and relaxing and Wanda was the sweetest. Will definitely be back and recommend to my friends and family. Monica C

Great Boutique Condo

Had a great stay in this small 8 unit condo complex. Wanda was fantastic and very accommodating. The unit itself was perfect if your looking for a place to stay for 2 couples. Both bedrooms were en-suite with a king bed in one room and a queen in the other. Would definitely stay at the Sea Grape again.

Relaxing Getaway

The Sea Grape Inn was perfect for a recharging retreat. We will be coming back to this little "peace" of paradise. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean.

Great location on quiet part of the beach

We stayed here for a covid- break for 12 days mid-November. It is located on a quiet strip of beach With no public access ( keeps it crowd-free). The pool is heated so it was lovely to swim anytime! Wi-if was acceptable. It has a small screened in balcony with a view of the ocean but that’s pointless at night, because there is no light on the balcony. ( there are many turtles that breed there and the property has red lights to keep them from being disturbed). Within short driving ( less than 5 minutes) distance there are great dining options. A few cons as feedback to the owners: the towel bars in both bathrooms fell down more than once, the master bath didn’t drain well, the place could use a paint job as the wall, doors and trim looks a bit beat up and dated (but loved), the neighbor’s air conditioning was very loud and it consistently smelled like stale smoke by the air vents. Also, we had to buy dish sponges and napkins because there were no paper towels/napkins and only a washcloth to do the dishes. We left some behind so the next renters wouldn’t have to rush out to get them immediately. Also, I didn’t realize it until after I booked, but there isn’t any in unit laundry. The coin laundry is conveniently located near the pool.

Everything we hoped for and more!

Everything about this property is what we were looking for in a relaxing vacation spot. I like to cook, so a very well appointed kitchen was appreciated - there was even a stick blender! The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. All the art on the walls was a plus, too. It was obvious that the owners really love the place. It was especially nice that we were able to watch the sunset from our little screened in porch and there was very little noise from other residents. SO nice! The location was perfect for us. Of course, the little pool and private beach are fabulous. We could drive up to AMI or down to Sarasota to have as many restaurant and shopping options as you could possibly want when you left the property. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the Sea Grape Inn!

Reserved a waterfront condo ended up with slight view

Outdated, master bath shower blocked up. Half of the kitchen sink fell in while washing dishes. House keeping not great. I expected (from description and pictures) lot more at that price point

Thank you for your comments. I'm certain it was most distressing to have a sink collapse on you. It was certainly a shock to us as well and as you know we had it repaired immediately. We have also taken your comments about our place being "dated" to heart. As a result we have made improvements which we think enhance oiur property considerably, including a new chair, new sofa, a stunning new piece of sculpture and new patio furniture. Soon we will have new bathroom floors as well.
