Brief beach trip

Our second visit to Sand Cay and our first time at unit 113. Everything about both is fabulous. When we come back to KBK we plan to stay at #113 SandCay

Spacious, Clean, Updated Condo

Sand Cay is amazing. We have stayed at more than a couple units at Sand Cay and the latest one we rented is by far one of the most updated, clean, and spacious units. Sand Cay staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful with any additional needs. Looking at future dates to vacation at Sand Cay again.

Wonderful Place

We had such a great time. The place was just as we expected. We loved they actually put some Christmas decorations up for the holiday. It made it very festive. The location was ideal. Just what we needed for a relaxed holiday. We would normally go to Sanibel but because of the hurricane it wasn't possible. We would consider coming back. The restaurants and beach where perfect.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you could think of. The beds were comfortable and both bathrooms nice. We like to stay on the first floor since it has a laundry room and that was well organized and had any small details you may need. It accommodated our family nicely and I would love to stay again.

PERFECTION

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this vacation! First of all, the beach is immaculate. There are virtually no waves, it's extremely shallow, and clear. It was perfect for my 1, 4, and 8 yr olds! Our condo was literal 20 steps from the sand! The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Beautiful landscaping, trees, and grass. Very well kept. All neighbors were so sweet! It was very quiet which we LOVED! There was a very spacious heated pool that was so relaxing and felt so good! Our condo itself was so updated and cute! I loved all the bright neutral colors! Beautiful kitchen, countertops and modern stainless steel appliances! The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfy! And I'm super picky and actually 6 months pregnant so that was a big plus! Plenty of extra pillows and soft blankets! We loved the flatscreen TV's with streaming services! My kids were able to watch all their normal shows! Couch and recliner was super comfy! We got Publix groceries delivered and it was so effortless and amazing! We Uber'd to nearby restaurants and nothing was more than 15 minutes away. Longboat key is seriously amazing and we've been all over Florida and Mexico and this is by far the best vacation we've ever had! So relaxing and easy with kids! Not crowded at all! Upscale and well kept community! I could go on and on! We will definitely be coming back next year!
