Great location and well equipped!

Four long time friends enjoyed 6 wonderful nights. The unit provided everything we needed for the perfect stay. Mature landscaping and beach access are great.

Great winter getaway

My wife and I loved our stay here! The location was great, easy drive to either end of the island! The beach is beautiful, with complimentary chairs provided by the resort. The unit was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. While we didn't use the twin beds in the spare room, the bed in the master was great. I'd say the only drawback is that the patio is really small and very close to the patio next door so not much privacy there as you're basically in the middle of each others conversation.

You could walk a few step to the pool which would be good for families with younger children. The office stay were professional and accommodating. Our unit’s vacuum cleaner broke and they replaced it same day. I would highly recommend staying here but would suggest a 2nd floor unit so you don’t here the people above you.

Reviewer Comments: Normally, I am not as critical, but recently retired, so value my funds more critically. 110 is a great location, nice patio and close parking. When paying 2000.oo + forv8 days I would expect an updated fridge with an ice maker.I was constantly making ice cubes and there was no holder ? Also, there was a family above me and they had a young kid than started running thru the condo at 7 am and it went on off and on all day and night. Also, could not sleep in upstairs noise and they were doing construction next door. Constant hammering, drilling, grinding. The workers would be talking on their cell phones on the patio when I was out there and the smoked. It was quite annoying. Normally I rent 115 and never had any issues. Beach and property were wonderful. Staff was friendly and polite. Always feel safe, but heard seems quite frequently?? Never heard that before. Interested to hear your feedback. I am part of a large group that visits every May. I know now to ask specific questions, since office did not mention the construction. Not 100% sure I would rent this unit again.
